Love this Boswellia! I have difficulty swallowing pills...so I took a chance on this one... so glad I found this one. Others I bought were too big for me to swallow so I wasted my money. This one is a nice size at a great price. I've only been taking a few days so can't comment on whether it's helping but I'm hopeful.

The Himalaya brand has proven to be of good quality. We like that the ingredient list is minimal and does not include questionable items. After taking the product for a few days, my husband and I found our joints were void of the discomfort we had been having. The change was not instantaneous but gradual and LASTING. We take it daily to maintain the benefit!!

Taking this regularly keeps pain away from me. The capsules are a nice size for swallowing. The "other ingredients" list is free of undesirable things I work hard to avoid. I have to preface that I am sensitive to Frankincense, I usually have to mix it with other essentials and a strong base when using it on the skin.
