MRM Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsules, 180 Ct

I've been using this product for several years, and I love it. The price at Walmart was excellent.

This is the only glucosamine chondroitin that I have found to be effective. I started using it for knee pain and have used it for years. When I ran out one time my knees started hurting again until I got a new supply

I've been taking glucosamine for years. I stopped taking it at one point to see if I could tell the difference. It seemed to me that my joint stiffness increased so I resumed taking it. I like that this brand is a capsule which is much easier for me to swallow' I'm 76

I take this for joint health, it's easy to swallow and feel it does help my joints.

It's hard to find a glucosamine/chondroitin capsule. I use this daily for my aging dogs. I open the capsule and sprinkle it on their food. Before I started using this my 10 year old small rescue couldn't jump up on the bed. Now she's running and jumping like a puppy again! The supplement has worked for me so I'm glad to find one I can use for my dogs. I also like that it doesn't contain questionable fillers (magnesium stearate) that might cause gut permeability issues. It's hard to find supplements without magnesium or vegetable stearate. So this is a real find!
