Excellent Brand
I have to take calcium daily because of hypothyroidism with hypocalcemia, 1800 mg a day . This brand how be it a bit expensive works the best. I recommend this for anyone who needs supplemental calcium.

Awesome carriage with plenty of ventilation.Large opening and roomy basket.Love the extra compartments for drinks and extras.Very easy to push and my dog loves it.

Not good for excessive pain
I can't say was it was good for me. No it wasn't. Everything doesn't work for everyone. Because of the pain I needed more attention, so I got the attention it needed. For milder pain it may work for you.

My doctor said for me to take a calcium supplement because I have osteopenia. The pharmacist suggested the Caltrate brand. There are 600 mg of calcium and it includes D3 also.
