Great Product
Great product! I use it with the Navage and it leaves my nose feeling calm afterwards. Without it, sometimes the salt water leaves my nose dry or itchy.

Very Effective
This product is very effective in delivering its promise. It truly soothes and moisturizes the nasal passages and enhances the saline solution. I rated the value as poor because if you use this on a daily basis it does not last you long. Especially if you drain more than once a day, you will need to order several to cover you for a month.
