Not completely reassured about the lack of contaminants in this brand though I did get a partial answer to my questions--decided to take my chances and go with it figuring it's somewhere between not TOO bad and good. Thank you.

Pretty good size for pinching. But I think, I would prefer size between "fine" and "very fine". Thank you for great price and having organic options!
