Hisense 5 cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer- White

Just got it today 2/4/2026 . So far, so good. I will give an update in a week. I have purchased other items from this brand and it's been good. Good Quality Good Prices Overall the brand is good. Also, with the deep freezer. Wait at least 2 hours before plugging it up. You have to understand, it has gone through bumps, sliding etc.... Due to transport.

My last deep freezer lasted well over 5 years before it finally gave out, and since Walmart has always had good, affordable options, I decided to buy this model again. It's never disappointed. The room and storage space are excellent, very spacious inside. It has a sliding rack you can move back and forth, plus a built-in shelf that makes grabbing smaller items really easy. I'm pretty petite, so I appreciate having a spot where I can reach things without digging around. When it arrived, it was in great condition with no dents, which I always check for. It fits perfectly in the side wall panel of my kitchen, almost like it was meant to be there. The off-white color is nice, even though I wish they had it in black. I ended up buying some decorative paper to cover it, so it matches the rest of my kitchen appliances: worked out great. Overall, lots of room, great storage features, and a great price. Definitely a solid buy!

Once again, this store has gone above for us. This was an emergency order due to our Refrigerator stopped working and we would have lost all in the Freezer if we were unable to get a Freezer. We love the staff in this store especially your customer service %26 order pick up department.

Fantastic service! Delivered in just a few hours of ordering ! Your driver Dewey was very accommodating to old lady using a cane. With a box cutter, I was able to remove from carton and slide into place. Walmart is a blessing and your delivery people are top notch.

Curbside pickup was smooth and easy. The freezer gets cold and isn't loud. On the downside: The box had a big tear on the bottom and the freezer had a decent dent/crease on the side near the bottom. I decided to keep it because I didn't want to deal with a return..

Product was damaged like somebody had ran a high low into it. They gave me 50 or $60 off on it and the guy that delivered it to me took it off. His truck brought me to the elevator. I'm using a walker. He said I left my truck running Around. He never came back so I was stuck, dragging that thing into the elevator and up to my apartment, no no explanation none.

Box came in all broken up. Freezer inside was clearly previously used and damaged. Definitely was not happy with this product when I received it. Didn't even bother it used it after I took it out of the box and saw its condition. I ordered a new freezer not a used and damaged one

The freezer was delivered and I put it in my pole barn before going out of town for a few days. When I came home I opened the freezer to set it up and the corner of the freezer is smashed in. This is pretty upsetting as I just paid 200 dollars for this. It would be nice to get my money back or have a new one sent out.

The freezer was very nice as advertised, but for some reason, will randomly cut off and it will not stay cold or randomly cut off unless set to the highest setting, which you get ice on food. Great for game meat that’s vacuum sealed other than that not too good.

I was so excited to receive this freezer and then the one I got was used so I'm returning it. It's been a big hassle trying to return it to Walmart. I went to return it to my local Walmart and the returns center was closed. Store employees said the computers were down and I'd have to come back. Oh great!!! I just manhandled this stinking used freezer into my car at home and then out of my car at Walmart only to have to reload and take this used pos freezer back home again.🙃😫🤣 I called the store and they don't know when the computers will be back up or even if other Walmarts are affected by the outage. The store operator said would you like to talked to a manger I said sure transfer me. I went into an eternal ring pattern and no one ever answered so I just hung up. Just gotta love Walmart!! I sure hope I can return this freezer one day soon.
