Easy set up..... beautiful color. We bought a 65" Hisense for our living room 5 years ago so decided on another Hisense for our bedroom when the LG TV sound went out. I love the upgrades Hisense has done in just a few short years! Highly recommended!
Super fast shipping, TV was well protected. TV, sound bar and cable remote set up is easy . The colors on the screen are amazing, I am very happy with my choice for this price point.
It's one of the best budget TVs around. Gorgeous black, rapid response and a plethora of free content make it a must-have. It's a far better choice than the Fire or Google option. Just go for it.
I DISLIKE REMOTE BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT NUMBERS ON REMOTE TO CHANGE CHANNELS . I AM LOOKING FOR A UNIVERSAL REMOTE WITH NUMBERS THAT WILL WORK ON MY TV!
First one we received had a cracked screen. Second one has quality picture %26 sound. Only con is can't change channels with voice remote, still have to scroll to desired channel.
The outside of the corner of the box was not damaged but the inside corner of the Styrofoam cardboard were damaged and broken up like it had been dropped. I need to file with someone to be sure if something goes awry soon that I am covered. or just replace it now
Great TV, so far I love it. Upgrade from 43" to 55".
The picuture quality good ut deminishes with the viewing angle more than other basic smart TVs. Other than that I like the picture resolution and color. The sound quality is poor even for a basic smart TV. I own another basic 1080p tv with better sounds. Also, my old TCL (basic) sounded better. The built-in speakers sound very hollow like coming from a box or bucket. Additionally, the eARC and CEC controls for using to communicate with may surround amp are really poor. Limiited settings to control eARC and CEC. This TV constantly powers off and on my surround amp. For example, you are watching a youtube video, when you go to the next video it will recycle power. Same happens when going from one Netflix program to another. I've had to disable eARC completely for normal viewing and must manually enable when I watch a movie or something that requires surround or better sound quality. In summary, this TV doesn't meet the sound requirements for a basic TV and as such should not be sold. I realize this is harsh; however, there must be a baseline for a smart TV.
I just unpacked and connected the tv. The remote only turns it off and on. It's stuck on the Get Started screen and won't move.
