Monster Smart 100ft Indoor Multi-Color Flow LED Light Strip, Sound Reactive, Razer, Corded Electric

This is a good set of LEDs only if you have a small room, don't get me wrong these are good but unfortunately they are not worth 25 dollars. They stopped connecting to wifi only 30 days after I had set them up meaning I couldn't have any of the colors I wanted. I can't forget that I feel that they don't put enough hooks to hold it up, not for 100 feet at least, and they started to fall the day I put them up. I do feel they are of good quality I just wished they stuck better or they had more of the hooks to make sure it's stays up. Ok product just needs a little modification.

I bought the 100ft version twice, and BOTH times, when I plugged the 2nd set of lights (50ft) into the splitter, they started flashing at a very rapid, irregular pace. I followed the instructions to a T, and made sure the wall adapter wasn’t plugged in when I connected the lights. This is very frustrating because the first time I tried, I made the mistake of going through the hassle of actually installing the first set of lights on the wall, only to be left incomplete because the next 50ft would start going into an apoplectic frenzy. I avoided buying the cheap off-brand lights so that I wouldn’t run into these kind of quality control issues. I’ve had a lot of other Monster products that worked great but these light strips are definitely not up to par. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever bought a product that came with the same defect twice in a row. It’s pretty remarkable.

After spending 3 hours getting the lights up exactly how I wanted, when I plugged it in, the lights flickered, the power cord started burning up, and they shut off. I had to unplug it quick because I was scared a fire would start. DO NOT BUY unless you want your house to catch fire.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I don’t know if this was some one-off issue or what, but the LED lights were a huge disappointment and a waste of money, to say the least. There was no tape on the back to peel off and reveal the adhesive side, it literally looked like it was previously applied to a wall then taken down and re-wrapped. I mean there was literal drywall/paint on the sticky side. Plugged the lights in, they do turn on, but don’t begin flashing to pair to a device. They just stay a solid white and yellow color. The power button doesn’t even work for them either. Tried clicking it and holding the button to reset the lights, and nothing. On top of that, it came with some strange adapter piece that didn’t connect to anything in the box. Extremely disappointed in this product and the quality.

My lights won’t even change colors or connect to the stupid app. I’ve tried everything. Can’t return them either so that’s great but the light are good quality I have to give them that. Unfortunately they won’t change from white. I wouldn’t buy these for the risk this happens to you.

I got these lights expecting to make my room look awesome but to my dismay they don’t even work! The first few LEDs on each of the two 50 feet lengths of light did not function. Furthermore, the controller stopped working before I could properly set up the bluetooth connection through its mobile app. Probably more importantly is that the provided charging brick was overheating, which is insanely dangerous. Customer service does not reply either (or at least not in a timely manner, perhaps their call volume is high due to the number of issues with their products). Would not reccomend buying from this brand at all!

Soooo I this item. I was super excited to have the rgbic features. Installing the first set was slow going taking 4 hours of standing with my hands over my head putting 100ft of semi sticky tape on my hand painted walls. The first set controller malfunctions on first use and I send for a replacement thinking I can leave the tape and just swap the controller. Second set arrives and the connection doesn't match :/ so hours more carefully removing the tape from that set. Start installing the second set and more than halfway through the roll (about 2.5 hours in) there is a huge unlit bad section. :/. So a battle with the store begins. They won't offer replacements now. Just a refund which is half price of the replacement item since the price has gone up. So I grumble and buy the third set at double the price of the first voiding the Warrenty I bought as well. Now I'm another 4 hours in on installing the set and my arms feel like jello and my bar stool is crying softly because of the cow standing on it for a whole day. I feel like screaming into the void but this set appears to be functional. Touch up paint from pulling the last 2 sets down should be interesting... Bottom line is do not buy this set unless you plan to buy three sets or more to make one good set. Or just like standing on chairs screaming parkor in your head doing what we will now refer to as crying yoga. :/

Please don't buy this product if you don't want something bad to happen to you and your family. After 1 hour of putting led lights on finally plugged in and tried to pair , was flashing red and immediately after led lights started smoking !! After that my outlet started sparking and turned completely black within a few seconds, it smelled like my house was going to be on fire. So dangerous and hazardous!! I bought 3 boxes !!! Only opened 1 I can't risk my life nor my children's life !! this is unacceptable and needs to be stopped and addressed immediately

It does not stick to the wall or ceiling at all, there is no dust or dirt in the way I did what the instruction say hold for 20 sec and just feel right down when I let go. 40 dollars and not able to even use it, the adhesive backing on it is just awful and to feel it with my finger it almost feels like it doesn’t have one. Do not buy

The adhesive on this makes it not worth the dollar. A sweaty belly could stick to a wall better. They give you brackets to support it but only enough to hold up half of it. I’ve used other brands, and they are 10x better than this. Go spend your money elsewhere.
