Upgraded an older LeEco 4k 55” tv. The LeEco was a VA panel that was decent for the price. The Hisense is a pretty big upgrade but has narrow viewing angles. For newer content the picture is great but it struggles a little with upscaling older content. It's not as nice as a OLED or a Sony with better backlight processing but it's less than 1/4 the price. Don't think you'll get a better deal under 500 dollars.

From the brightness and color to its optimization and settings configurations I will hands down place this easily as one of the best tvs for its price and even go as far to say it's the best tv I have ever experienced

I did my research and decided to go with this TV as my new main TV. It's as advertised and rtings does a great job with their review. I found some of the setttings a bit unintuitive especially with getting it to work with CEC and ARC/EARC, but I suppose that's just par for the course with CEC and ARC/EARC. I eventually got it all working but really have no idea what got it working. The silver lining is that if it stops working then I can swap over to S/PDIF.

I bought this tv after reading that it's one of the best tvs for ps5. waited for 3 days. Friday around noon I get a notification saying that it's been delivered. I was home all day, waiting for it - never showed up. I called customer service - they told me to wait for 2 days. I did. then I called again - they said give us one more day. I did. then I call again and they say looks like it had been delivered to a wrong address. I ask for a replacement - they issue a replacement, however, a few hours later I get a notification that it was cancelled because the item is out of stock. they gave me a refund. Super unhappy because Amazon's price is higher and best buy won't approve me a monthly payment plan. hopefully, they'll be back in stock soon.

I purchased this online and a $120 price drop immediately follows at walmart. I have asked in chat for them to give the price difference in store credit, this TV can still be returned. I am a very regular Wal-Mart member and expect this would be honored to avoid having to return, restock, inspect and sell used at lower price. Please contact me and do this, i would like to continue to refer people to Wal-Mart service and to continue being a regular customer. I am hoping someone from Wal-Mart will contact me and honor matching the difference in price drop with in store credit please.

TV came damaged now I'm waiting 10 days to get a refund now the TV is $100 more expensive than when I first purchase it. So sad bought Xbox everything for this tv now I'm not going to have a TV for Christmas waiting for my refund so I can afford to get something else

I bought this tv on October 31st. I now i see the price has dropped from $538 to 478. that's less than a week and a half. I would expect in the short off time you would honor that price and extend a store credit to me. I have been a faithful Walmart customer for many years. I stopped being a member because of incident s like this. please get back to me on what we can do on this matter. thank you

The screenshot with the dimensions are wrong. The leg stands measure 39.5 inches, longer apart than advertised. Also, there is supposed to be a second pair of spots to attach the legs closer together, but there isn't. Haven't even got to turn the TV on yet to test it because i have nowhere to put it. This is stupid...
