Purchasing this TV online was fast and easy, in fact it was easier than using Amazon and shipping was faster than Amazon too. They even offered an extra year of warranty (4 years) for my TV for the same price as Amazon's 3 year.

A couple months experience with the television and very happy. Initial setup was not the easiest but doable. Color adjustment was more difficult than it should have been. Picture quality is very good and often rated as best in its price range. Using with Direct TV so can't really comment on the Google operating system features. Brightness is excellent even in a large room with glass all around. Needs to ship with several lengths of mounting bolts since the included bolts are too short for many wall mounts especially if shims are necessary. I would definitely buy again especially at Walmart sale price of about $900 on sale. Walmart also has the least expensive extended warranty options as well apart from Costco which was out of stock for who knows how long.

Tv delivered broken out of the box which is unfortunate but happens. The customer service was smooth and effortless to get my money back. No call, ticket printed and brought back to store. Customer service at local store didn't give any issues. Ended up buying another Hisense tv but picked it up in person. Got it home installed and tv is amazing. Gaming on it is wonderful. The colors.

I have not received this product yet the company Walmart hired to deliver the TV is a total failure They promised to deliver on the 7th and said it would be delivered on the 13th now The TV has been sitting in Jacksonville for over a week now Shipper sent an email telling me the TV would be delivered on time and on the day of delivery around 6pm I called the shiper and they told me it would be the 13th This is totally unacceptable considering they are only 3m miles from the house I am so considering canceling my order and just going through best buy to get the TV I'm that upset and at this time the TV is still sitting in Jacksonville 30 miles from the house

I recently made a purchase for a Hisense 75U7N TV on Walmart.com at what appeared to be a favorable price. However, I soon discovered that the offer was too good to be genuine. Despite waiting two weeks, the product was never delivered. This experience raised concerns about Walmart's marketplace allowing fraudulent activities. Fortunately, I was able to report the incident and successfully obtain a refund from Walmart.

very irresponsible delivery,had a damaged tv and still waiting a week to get a replacement but to no answer had to cancel and ask for refund
