My brother cannot hear, great phone for him.

I bought this phone for my mom for her birthday. She's almost 91 years old and has problems with her vision and figuring how smartphones work. I bought her this phone because of the large buttons and the fact it's a landline phone. There are two things I didn't like; the first being that it had to be plugged into an electrical outlet and the second being that there were no clear instructions on how to program the two memory buttons. However, it's my mom's present, and she loves it. That's what counts!!

Buttons are big enough that my 88 year old dad can see and it makes it easy for him to use

Wasn't as described. Doesn't work properly. Doesn't dial a number! Volume not very loud. Was a bad mistake purchasing this phone. It's garbage. How can I receive a refund for an online purchase?

Was unable to get help setting up the phone and was unable to return bc couldn't print out a shipping label due to lack of internet and issues with electricity where I live. Very difficult to keep giving tracking numbers

This phone has been in use a little over 1 month. When first connected, it worked very well. Now, it does NOT ring nor flash as it should. The "ring" is a slight "chirp" noise and the light that should flash is a mere low visible blink. I am very dissatisfied with this product. I bought it for my 95-year-old father who has trouble hearing.

you cannot make phone calls on this device it will ring and you can answer the phone but you cannot make any phone calls whatsoever
