Beautiful nickel finish! Sturdy and secure!

This product came with the industry standard wall fixture which consists of a bracket and two screws. Once you have rescued the template from the packaging, which I cut in half before realizing it was necessary, you have to ensure that it is level before you start drilling into the wall. I did not know which way around the bracket was meant to go, as there were no diagrams or instructions to explain this, so I had to unscrew the screws, reverse the bracket and then rescrew the screws. The hardest part is the fiddly little screws that hold fixtures onto the bracket. I chose to place these on the underside of the mounting so they would not be visible. I needed a small jeweller's screwdriver for this operation - not mentioned in the non-existent instructions! However, after I had finished the installation, the set does look good.

I redid my guest bathroom, and just needed a new set of hardware. I prefer the more brushed nickel look than the shiny plastic silver and this was a great price. We don't use the guest bathroom much but I wanted to make it look nice without spending too much so buying a full set like this was cheap and convenient! I had to have my father do the installation because I didn't have the right tools but we got it up there and it looks great!

I bought 2 sets of these, one for each bathroom. I installed the first set in my master bathroom. very easy to install and had no problems. They look great! Then I went to install the 2nd set in the guest bathroom. 2 of the pieces did not install easy at all. I had a lot of problems with the holder comeing off of the hook on the wall part. To fix the problem, I had to bend the silver mount plate a little more. Then they installed and are working great. They also look great!

If you're on a budget, these are alright. However, they're cheap and plastic, and seem low quality. I decided to return and spend a little more on something better

These are very nice looking, but almost impossible to install! Mounting the bracket to the wall is not a problem, but getting the pieces to firmly attach is. I worked on getting the hand-towel holder onto the wall for close to an hour, and didn't get the results I wanted. It was not secure at all. I moved onto the towel bar and had the same experience. These will probably be going to the trash if I can't get my money back.

I spent an hour trying to mount the first item in the set (the robe holder). As soon as I saw that the fixture was held to the mounting bracket by a set screw, I knew I would have problems. I tried everything I could think of to get the fixture to mount flat against the wall, but I always had a noticeable gap. I think I could bend the mounting bracket to compensate, but I paid for a product that should fit right out of the box. Returning tomorrow.

The items are beautiful. However, to put them up a pain and not worth it. I thought these would go up like NORMAL bath sets, not how it is here. Will be returning tomorrow.

I should have known better than to buy something like this at walmart. Pay a little more and go to a home improvement store. These were super cheap, flimsy, plastic towel holders. The hand towel holder was twisted and bent already in the box. They are poorly built. They weigh almost nothing and you can tell right away that it's garbage. Your home is worth putting something nicer than these in your bathroom.

There was no instructions and the product required a special tool (eyeglass screwdriver) that was not included. Also, the hand towel holder completely fell apart upon opening the package. This product is very cheap and not very user friendly. I am taking it back tomorrow.
