Homegrown Cedar Hanging Fragrance Blocks for Odor Eliminating - 8 Pack

Good strong cedar smell and hopefully will keep moths out I have not tried these before but will say the hanger is convenient and the extras can be dropped in a drawer or under the couch for more protection. It's better than buying a cedar board and cutting it . More convenient

WALMART is having problems with the website from what I can see so I will just write my review anyway I have discovered that TEXAS has even more bugs than Florida I think. I thought maybe cedar blocks that I can hang might be the way to go. I have pets so I like these because they hang up away from the floor where my babies can get into things. The cedar smell is not very strong. Maybe now that they are open. It will change a little bit, but I'm willing to give it a try especially at this price. Cedar is one of those things bugs are supposed to be repelled by. There are a lot of huge moths certain times of the year but cedar is supposed to work on other bugs also. I wish there was a way to follow up and let you know how it works out. I guess you will have to buy some for yourself. It's worth the five or six dollars that I paid.

I buy this set of cedar blocks for my closets every spring when the weather is warmer and my winter clothes need protection from moths. The cedar scent is pleasant and not overpowering like moth balls. I highly recommend them!

great value, easy to use and lasts a LOT longer than just moth balls that 'evaporate'. Just lightly sand the surface of the wood maybe every six months to 'release' the scent.

about a week after I put about 6 of these blocks in a room the moth problem was solved for that room. The aroma was strong at first and then tappered down.

The blocks/planks have a wonderfully strong cedar scent to them. My only complaint is that one of the four hangable planks was missing the hangar itself, so I could only hang three of the four. It seems some quality control is missing.

It would have been a 5 stars except for what is most important (to me): no scent al all. I even put the tip of my nose on the cedar block.Nothing. The blocks seem of very good quality, they arrived early and in good packaging. The price is good. But no scent.

These were the least expensive cedar blocks available, and the reviews were similar across all price ranges. I took a chance and ordered them. I have used other brands of cedar blocks in the past and like them. These look like cedar but do not smell like cedar. They have a very strong chemical smell. I am very disappointed and will return them.

I can't smell the Cedar in the wood.. even when I tried to bring out the sent with A little bit of sanding 😕 as described on the package. this product was A waste of money
