Just the best weights ever

I was worried that these ankle or wrist weights would not be comfortable. Surprisingly, they actually are comfortable. The Velcro does a very good job of allowing for lots of adjustments (as needed depending on if you are doing ankles or wrists). As well, the Velcro holds securely and firmly (though I would not want to go too crazy and lose a weight like those Wii remotes that ruined TV's!!) Love the pink color. It is also nice that they are not super heavy- they are heavy enough to step up your workout. Although, during said workout they sure did feel heavy!! I do recommend these weights!

These weights came along at the perfect time. I just finished 6 rounds of chemo and it has kicked my butt. I have lost weight and a lot of muscle tone. I have started walking and doing some light exercise to try to regain some stamina and muscle. The weight is perfect. I put these on my ankles when I walk the dogs or on my wrists when I'm cleaning the house and get a double workout. Great way to amp up your workout.

Easy comfortable way to add extra weight to your arms or legs for your workouts. Large velcro strap easily adjusts to put on weight and easily  pulls off.  The back of the box shows great examples for use.  They fit nice and snug. I start off on my 3 mile daily walk with them on my wrists and half way through I can easily move them to my ankles. Never feel that they will come off while walking.

Very nice bangle weights. I love the style and the pretty pink color. They stretch to fit your ankle or wrists. Goes great with my other workout tools. For yoga, Pilates, running, walking, & home workouts. Adds resistance training to any workout. Weights are one pound each and there are two of them. I will be using these a lot in my daily exercises. Love these weights!

I was a bit skeptical at first, since I wanted to use these in my Zumba class and I was afraid they would slide up my arm without the thumb locks to hold them in place. But they don't slide at all! They are adjustable elastic and fit my wrist snugly but comfortably with no slipping. Easy on and off with a generous patch of velcro. The weight is perfect. Part of the class is 'regular' Zumba, then we add toning sticks to the dances. I leave these 1lb weights on my wrist and add a 2lb toning stick for the perfect combination of weight. I like these much better than the type with the thumb locks; they're much more comfortable and less cumbersome.

I love the Homegym Wrist and Ankle Weights. They are very stretchable, and has that velcro, safety and secure fitting around my ankles and wrist. These are so very easy to use and are very lightweight. They provide a lot of excellent support, when I am walking and exercising. I do love the pink color. It's adorable! These weights also have a very smooth protective, durable plastic covering, which feels so comfortable around my skin. What I love best about these weights is that nice, velcro stretch, which is very flexible. I can move each weight apart from the other for a much looser fit, or I can slide them together for a much tighter fit, and that they provide that extra, excellent resistance when I am training. I also love that it helps tone my muscles as well. I mainly love to use them when I am out brisk walking. It helps me keep my pace up, stay active and in performance. Perfect! Overall, I love the Homegym Wrist and Ankle Weights. These are perfect for me being on-the-go, fits securely, excellent for all of my workout needs, and helps to provide me that great muscle building and upper arm toning strength. I definitely love these weights.

Nice flexible ankle/wrist weights. Easy to put on with strong Velcro closure. Comfortable to wear as the flexible segments allow for easy movement. They are large so you will want to wear leggings or capris or perhaps a boot cut pant. I don't think I could wear these at the office. These weights are also good to wear on your wrists while out for a walk or jog. They are a little cumbersome and will take some getting use to. However, a good value and they get the job done. Just wish they were smaller.

After years of not keeping shape, I decided to start out with these wrist and ankle weights. I have to admit, they are a bit heavier than I expected. After a couple of days of use on my wrists and ankles, I got use to using them. I will say that, it was easier and more comfortable using them on my wrists. I wore them around the house while cleaning and they stayed in place pretty well. On my ankles, I did not wear socks or place the weights over my clothing. It was slightly uncomfortable due to the velcro rubbing on my ankles. I did wear the over my spandex pants and the comfort level changed for the better. I'd recommend these weights for those who want to maybe tone things up.

These are painful to wear due to the square design of the individual weights. No matter how "loose" you connect them, especially to the ankles (OUCH), they hurt by digging into the skin, and there isn't much skin there! A little better with socks, but now you are choking off the blood supply. Better for wrists, somewhat, than ankles.
