I love the easy assembly and sturdiness of this product. Good part is the soft cushioned frame which can be good for kids to not get injured while playing. Customer support team responds very fast and helps you with anything needed.

The pages for steps 7-14 in the instruction manual were missing so hopefully we put it together correctly.

I was sent a size Full frame when I ordered a Queen frame. Walmart nor the Seller wasn't willing to provide me a replacement for my order. Had to return it and didn't get another one.

didnt come with the renote and the complete lighting set for the bed, they say to contact the company but no number in sight!!!
