very good bed frame the led lights work alot of parts and takes some time to put up otherwise its great

Personally I'm happily satisfied. It's been two weeks now and I am still very satisfied of this purchase. It's one of my best purchases so far. Installation isn't bad at all as long as you follow the instructions but it did required some precision. Overall I'll say it's easier. Honestly I tough the bed will be light and fragile when i first saw it but it's actually very solid than what i was expecting. Extremely satisfied. I Bought the beige color (off white) very beautiful, comfy and easy to clean. The LED lights is also very satisfying with a lot of options. So far so good. Well will recommend it 100%.

The bed is pretty dope, strong and sturdy - we LoVE it! Unfortunately, 5 months later the LED is not functioning anymore and that was disappointing.

The package was all torn when delivered and their was stains on the headboard. it needs to be packaged better to be able to handle the shipping. Plus I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive because I made an order but never got shipped and the seller never contacted me. so I canceled then reordered and it also was telling me it was delayed again. I received it without no notification and the status didn't change. The bed looks nice thats why I reordered it. The instructions were just a bit confusing but figured it out.

The bed is lovely but the bed did come with dents when it was delivered as well. The bed took a min to assembly, but overall was nice.

I like that it lights up and can even go to the best of music. The picture is deceiving because the headboard is actually shorter. There's a bunch of screws and it took me 6 hours to put it together. And I had screws left over so I have no idea. It's like they sent just enough of the screws that are easy to lose and way too many for other parts.

I was very careful before I ordered this bed. The headboard is not tall as I would have liked it. But it's ok as it is my preference. But the light cord to connect to the bed got damaged in transit and could not connect to give the look I'd like. And that defeats the purpose of ordering this bed with LED light.

I received my order, but the package was missing the light, and the headboard has two small broken spots. Since the bed is already fully assembled, returning the entire item would be extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. I only requested a replacement light, and I believe this is a reasonable solution. However, I was told that I must return the whole product, which doesn't make sense given that the issue is minor and easily fixable with the correct part

Headboard came damaged, reached out to seller for a replacement part but the response was super slow with no accountability. never again!

Missing parts and broken headboard. It is a nightmare to get customer service and do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase the warranty as they do not accept returns.
