Great for holiday baking

I have been wanting to get some silicone baking mats for a long time. Sure do wish I hadn't waited so long. These are very easy to clean and roll up to store but most importantly they are great to bake on. So far, I've baked homemade mini pizzas(the crust was perfectly crisp), cookies, and salmon. I bake my salmon at 450 degrees and these silicone mats are safe to 480 degrees. I have wasted so much time and energy fighting with parchment paper. Now I have easy reusable silicone mats that fit my half sheet pans perfectly every time.

The silicone sheets are perfect for my macaroons. I have to use two of them side-by-side to fit my large pan but it works. For the price it's great they come out perfect every time without sticking in the clean up is so much easier than spraying my pan I feel like I'll save money in the long run because my parents won't burn from the spray and all I have to do is rinse off the silicone.

These are a great item and very convenient for baking goods such as cookies. I have not tried to use them for anything else outside of cookies, but they work well in ensuring cookies cook evenly and brown good as long as I’m watching the time. They’re very easy to clean, such as whipping off. Using these I no longer have to worry about my cookie sheets getting that horrible baked on discolored look that is almost impossible to get back off.

These baking mats are so nice to have. I laid them on top of my baking sheet. The rings on the mats help with spacing. We made peanut butter cookies on them. When you press the dough with a fork it would pull up the dough. After the cookies were ready, we were able to pull them off the mats with ease. No cookie residue was left on the mats. The mats left a greasy feeling but cleaned easily with soapy water. The mats stay in place. They have a nice grip to them.

I am so pleased with these silicone mats. They fit my cookie sheets perfectly. No more wasteful use of parchment paper to bake cookies. The best part is that the cookies slide off the mat easily, ready for the next batch. I highly recommend these.

These baking sheets make my cookies come out crispy on the edges and soft and chewy inside, delicious.
