Wilton Premium Non-Stick Large Cookie Sheet 16"x12" Sheet Pan Baking Tray, Packaging May Vary

I ordered the Wilton Bake It Better Giant 13 x 20 Cookie Sheet because I needed a new cookie sheet. My old ones are warped, scratched, and even show rust in some areas. I am very happy with the strong and sturdy construction of the Wilton Giant Cookie Sheet. It is a little heavier than my older pans, but the solid construction is what will make it last a long time. So far, I have used it to bake biscuits and they came out great! The sheet evenly distributes heat so baked items are not mixed with over and under-baked areas. I also love the large size of this cookie sheet. It fits perfectly in my oven and on my racks without leaving any wasted space. You can get more items on this sheet to bake at once than on the standard size cookie sheets. This sheet has a non-stick coating and you can even use metal utensils on it. To top it off, the sheet comes with a 10-year limited warranty! I would recommend the Wilton Bake It Better Giant Cookie Sheet to anyone that does professional baking or for regular home use. This is the first Wilton pan I have owned, but I will definitely be purchasing more.

This is a review for a Wilton Bake It Better Giant thirteen inch by twenty inch Cookie Sheet. This is a very nice sized cookie sheet! It is a darker metal cookie sheet and it is also non stick. The non stick on this pan is fabulous. I baked six dozen peanut butter chocolate chip cookies on it a couple of days ago and not a single cookie stuck to this cookie sheet. I also baked fish filets on it this afternoon and had everything come off very nicely. If you are looking for an extra large cookie sheet, I can confidently say that I believe you will be happy with this one. Wilton never disappoints me with their products!

This is a good quality all purpose cookie sheet. I like that it has plenty of room for a dozen medium to large cookies. I can only get nine on my regular cookie sheets. It has a lip type handle making it easy to remove from the oven. I always use parchment paper when baking so I didn't have any problem with the cookies sticking to the pan and it did not warp in the oven. Some powdered sugar melted onto the pan but wiped right up with a paper towel. I cleaned it with a soapy paper towel so no reason to put it in the dishwasher although it is supposed to be dishwasher safe. I have a small kitchen and although I liked the size of the pan it was awkward to handle in the limited space. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

I was surprised at how thick this baking sheet is. It's very sturdy and will last forever. I've already used it several times from cookies to French fries. It bakes evenly and doesn't stick and then you can toss it in the dishwasher. Highly recommend!

This cookie sheet is a baking machine!! As you can see it's considerably larger than “standard” cookie sheets!! It cooks like a dream!! Garlic bread, chicken, cookies, you name it...it cooks perfectly and you have plenty of room for whatever you have on your menu!! Everything cooks evenly and the surface lends itself so the food doesn't stick to it!! This is a must have for every kitchen!! Cooks of all levels will love this oversized sheet!!

The cookie sheet is a nice gauge. It is a perfect medium size cookie sheet. With the non- stick coating no worries about the cookies sticking to the pan. Now you can use it for other things besides cookies. I also use it to roast veggies and other items. The pan has some flex to it, so it does not warp in the oven. I was impressed with how easy the pan is to clean, everything wipes off nicely. With The pan being non-stick no need to use cooking sprays. The quality of the cookie sheet is excellent and well worth the purchase.

I love this pan. I made empanadas and they were amazing in this pan. They cooked perfectly and evenly and the pumpkin that oozed out did not stick or burn to the pan. I also love the shape of the pan. Kind of reminds me of a fancy cookie plate or something like that not just a flat regular cookie sheet. I did read the directions that said do not wash this in the dishwasher or it might cause damage to the pan so I don't intend to ever do anything but wash by hand. I've had too many pans in the past that quit being good pans and started to rest because I stuck them in the dishwasher and they've been damaged. Not sure if it's a new trend or something that's always supposed to have been that way and I just didn't read the instructions but I fully intend to continue watching this by hand for life. I would definitely recommend getting one of these for yourself. Who doesn't love a nice new baking sheet that doesn't stick, and if you use it correctly you might never have to buy another pan ever. The only thing I caution you about is that the pan is a little darker then my other baking sheets and so food May cook a little faster because of the darkness. I did notice that when cooking the empanadas they were a little dark on the bottom before they were very dark on the top. I am sure after using them for a while I will become more adjusted to the slightly different cooking times.

I hate using cooking sprays they leave a tacky surface on pans with this cookie sheet I really can cook without worrying about foods sticking to my pan without using spray. I have been on a baking spree lately but absolutely hate cleanup, I can seriously just use a sponge for cleanup. Even burned fruit sauces are easy to wash off my pan. I enjoy baking more when cleaning up is so easy. My foods are cooking more evenly using this heavier pan than some of my flimsy baking sheets. Real pluses, easy cleanup, foods don't stick and everything seems to bake more evenly.

The true measurements are 18.5 inch long and 11.25 wide! The picture and measurements on the label are wrong. I have a 15.5 inch RV oven. Thus did not fit. It does not include the 2 hanfles in the measurements. Misleading.
