Whilst very pleased with product I am most unhappy with being charged for advice on a problem I initially had when attempting to use it

I bought this a little while ago and am very glad I did. My old one was getting very slow. This one is very good value with the mouse and bag include and the computer and the mouse work perfectly so far.

The laptop is great to do some work on (I wouldn't advice 8 hours). It is very fast. I did put Windows 10 education on it instead of the Windows S mode that it comes with. That was a personal choice to do so. I also simply purchased MS office 2019 from a vendor and put that on it as well. We looked on Groupon from different countries to find the best Office and Windows deal. Works just fine. We are happy with it.

First, let me start by saying work is the reason I LOVE HPs! My first work laptop was an HP Elitebook and I loved the sleekness and style of it. I loved it so much so that I bought myself a 15.6” elitebook for my personal computer and it has been great! So when I had to buy one for my daughter for school with all the Rona stuff going on, I chose HP! So, this laptop for my 7 year-old daughter because I'm not a fan of the Chromebook (no internal storage, everything has to be saved on Google Drive). It's durable and has a little extra thickness so if she drops it, it won't shatter (on carpet, hardwood or laminate may be a different story, depending on the height of the drop). So far, works GREAT! Startup is fast, processing of data and files are fast. Overall a great price, especially for an HP. She internal storage so she can chose to either save on her desktop, Google Drive, or both! No reason why this laptop can't and won't last her until college provided that all updates are being done (NOT BIOS, NEVER BIOS updates), and virus, spyware, and malware is being checked for.

I love it! Boots up quickly, cooling fan comes on occasionally when needed but not overly loud. Seems to be well made, not cheap looking at all. The only drawback is the display, being only 1080p it is nowhere as crisp as my phone but at this price point you are not going to get 4k. If you need a nice compact laptop for surfing the web and easy to tote around this is perfect.

Love, love, love! So shiny and new. works great, fast boot, long lasting battery. Screen size is great, keyboard letters visable. Sound quality nice! There's no disk player and no number keys on the left side keyboard. It's more like a notebook with the features of surfing , browsing, streaming, and document making. Good stuff :)

Service and laptop it's own met all my criteria. Fast delivery, amazing add-ons, would strongly recommend.
