[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a new computer and I saw a wonderful buy on an add that I received from HP. I like it very much. It is so much faster then my old desk top and an inexpensive lap top that I bought to learn on. At 85 It has been a challenge but I have a book to help me along so I am getting there. It is nice to have a faster unit and I am enjoying the new features on it.I am looking forward to the challenges.

This laptop is very nice; I love it. And I love how the setup is so easy. It literally talks you through setting up your laptop and I love that because I'm not super tech savy. And I love the mouse; it clearly sets the left and right apart so there's not so much stress on my wrist. I would definitely recommend this laptop. Its nice and thin and very mobile as well.

Had this computer for a couple weeks and so far very happy with it. Very fast, to be expected with new computers. I got the upgraded screen and light up keyboard and very happy with them as well. Plays games at decent levels, not a hardcore PC gamer but runs Starcraft 2 on full graphics. So far happy with my purchase.

The laptop is very fast, and works well. The is a lack of connectivity to outside edges of my internet wireless connection. I am able to connect with other machines, but the wireless antenna is weak on this machine. I had to add a wireless connection to increase the signal. Other than that, the machine is very quick and had a lot of excellent features.

I purchased this laptop about three weeks ago. Speed and speakers are very good. Streams internet efficiently. I am disappointed in 1920 x 1080. Not worth the money! I do not see a marked improvement from my old Dell laptop with lower resolution. "Sale" price was reasonable. Very good, but far from special. Beginning to abhor new Microsoft Office software!!

Received this laptop. Power button is always partially depressed. Booting the computer therefore is a problem. The battery in this supposedly new computer is dead and needs replacement based on the component test. Further searches indicate that while this laptop is supposedly new, it is already four years old. The rest seems to work fine but that's not good enough. I am not happy.

I order the silver HP with Windows 10 at almost twice the price to get that edition. Instead I received a silver HP with Windows 11 and a different setup. I would have sent it back, but my pc tech has already loaded my files on it when I found out about the substitution. Pretty tired of getting substituted products, especially ones that are not of equal value to my order and payment .
