I didn't want to write a review until now. I've had this laptop for some time now and it is a great buy! I definitely recommend it. Many opt for the 14-15 but I needed the bigger screen. And the price point was great! Definitely recommend.
Everything that you expect in a HP and more
Having done hours of research, I knew exactly what we needed. Walmart was the only site I found that matched the specs.
battery didn't seem to last very long; size is great; easy to start and transfer info from old laptop.
It takes time to switch to a new laptop, so expect to spend some time. I spent about 2 hours, went into town to see a movie, came home %26 it still had setting up to do. Otherwise, it seems to work just fine.
Keyboard contrast was unacceptable- cream icons on grey keys. I had to get a magnifier to read "power" key. HP should know better.
Advertised as 1TB SSD and 32 gig RAM - I received 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. Returning it as fast as I can!! Pictures show what I ordered and what I got.
unless i am doing something wrong i cannot get any apps like amazon, walmart, shein, thred up, etc downloaded on this laptop at all.plus ive also downloaded pluto tv and it wont even run it to play it at all, you tube has gone missing off the sreen,too..dont waste your money on this one like i did..ill have to take it to a computer store and ask them whats going on with it why it cant do anything on the apps..
It was stolen. It was delivered after 10:00 pm setting me up for it to be stolen, there was no text that it was delivered nor even a doorbell ring when it was delivered. This was a $460 computer that should have have had the most secure delivery-- my groceries have a immediate text when delivered to which I can respond quickly. I will look elsewhere to replace it. I bought it from Walmart because I felt it more secure. I was so wrong
I set up a pin for the new computer and went to sign in this morning and it told me there was a problem with my pin and wanted a code from apps and it won't work. Now I have to try again in the morning.
