Nice laptop for mid performance work, screen size and picture quality is great. Sound could have been more louder.
I've had it for a month now. So far, it works great, with fast downloads, browsing, streaming, or gaming. I didn't realize how big the screen was when switching to tablet mode. I love it. I start nursing school in a month, and will be back to update.
I've had the laptop for less than a week but so far its been great! it doesn't come with a stylus so you'll have to purchase one separately. I use my laptop for college and personal use. I love the back lighting setting, it comes in handy for late night assignments. Compared to my old school laptop the speed is amazing. The image quality on this is better than both my old laptop and ipad, I love watching movies on this. The speakers are also pretty good. I have to use two hands to flip it into tablet mode but I don't mind. The fans are pretty quiet and almost unnoticeable. The only thing I don't really like is the warranty but other than that its great. I would recommend it to anyone willing to splurge.
I am not a tech geek by any means, but I know a good pc. This one is great for the programs I use. I've had no issues, love the backlit keys and touchscreen. The only issue might be the sound. It's not as crisp as my other hp, but it's not a deal breaker. Battery life is ok. Large touchscreen is good for designing.
it's everything I hoped it would be! it's a beautiful laptop, it boots up quick, respond quick and the graphics are really sharp. I love the backlit keyboard and the touch screen as well. I'm just starting to dive into it, but so far very happy. The shipping was very quick as well
I've been using the HP Envy 360 with the i5-1335U processor for a while now, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The laptop's sleek design and sturdy build make it a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable device. Performance-wise, the i5-1335U processor handles everyday tasks with ease, from browsing and emailing to streaming and productivity. The laptop also features a generous 16GB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking. The 360-degree hinge is a nice touch, allowing me to seamlessly switch between laptop and tablet modes. The touchscreen display is responsive and vibrant, making it perfect for watching videos or working on creative projects. Battery life is also impressive, with the laptop easily lasting a full day on a single charge. Overall, I highly recommend the HP Envy 360 with i5-1335U processor to anyone in the market for a versatile and powerful laptop.
It's a little slower than I expected, but im used to an i7. Otherwise, it's the best laptop I've had. I absolutely love it for college when used with the pen. Super easy to write and take notes while following along with a video or class in split screen. I did find out that THE PEN ONLY WORKS IN PRINT LAYOUT, NOT WEB, but that's a 2-click fix. (Good to know before you restart your computer and check for updates)
The computer would barely power on after being charged for 24 hours. Once we tried powering it on the screen would continuously cut out and the screen was unreadable.
The packaging was horrible!! But it was Still wrapped in plastic when I opened it.So I still had high hopes.... The computer was crusty and look like it was in someone basement!! The keyboard was cracked but again I was still going to keep it and then I found out that half keyboard does not work! Only the right side works!!
I opened this on 1/13/2025 and it will not connect to internet. I have been on hp tech support for literally hours! Now they want me to do another attempt to fix that will take 4-6 more hours. Such a frustrating experience and I am to buy additional components to do it. I feel it is defective and wish to get a different computer. This has a factory defect!
