HP Keyboard 100, Black(2UN30AA#ABL)

I previously had one very similar to this- but it was about 5 years old- then my Cat Jumped up and spilled my drink all over the keyboard, It was never the same after that- and I could not get the keys to quick sticking. My bad- So I ordered this one- very similar to what I had and less expensive - It's simple, compact and easy to install. She gets the job done! a good top 5 rating for this. Exactly what I needed since I wore out the keys on my laptop. The most used keys were not always registering any more. I wrote my top-rated book, Stack the LegaI Odds in Your Favor, and with 136,542 words and over 1,000,000 characters, well, the poor keyboard was checking out. Including editing and other unrelated work, the key hit count was probably well over 2,000,000. I hope this keyboard lasts as long.

Needed a 'raised key' keyboard for working from home during Covid, that was similar to my familiar work keyboard. (My home computer came with a new, flat keyboard, and I hate it! This is *almost* exactly like the one at work, and the price couldn't be beat, with Free shipping!! Amazing deal and was delivered quickly!

The computer was compatible to my daughter HP computer. There were no sticky keys. The keyboard is high quality. The shipping was very fast. My daughter has a great work station now. So happy about my purchase.

I try and keep one of these on hand as a back up when one finally goes goofy. Sure glad I had this one ready and now need to buy another one for back up.

I'm more familiar with laptop built-in keyboards with soft touch but if you don't mind the clicking sound for each button pressed, then this is the best value keyboard for you that works right off the bat, plug

The price was the first thing I noticed. I think I'm really going to like the sound buttons, mute, turn up, and turn down. The keys have a good touch.

I purchased the HP Keyboard 100 to replace my original HP keyboard which I thought was not working----it wouldn't type capitol letters. Sadly, the new one had the same issue, I have since found out that it was not the keyboard alone, but also a hard drive issue. Corrected it by purchasing a different brand keyboard. To get back to the new HP, other than the fact that the keys and letters were smaller, it was fine.

This keyboard is nice enough and the keys are easy to read and it works well. The problem we had that made it not such a good deal was that the cord was fairly short and we had to buy an extender. If your keyboard is not situated pretty close to your computer the cord length could be an issue.

(2ne keyboard of the same model) The keyboard worked great for three months. I got it for extra media keys that came in handy when watching videos. Coincidentally, the problem started when I was watching YouTube, and I was commenting on a video I just watched and noticed that the letter D was repeating on the screen. I thought the button had gotten stuck, so I tapped the key, and it stopped. Later on, while I was writing a report, every other letter began to repeat on the screen. I could not believe my eyes. This was my second keyboard of the same make and model and with the same error. I do not recommend this, buy at your own risk.
