HP LaserJet MFP M139we Wireless Black & White All-in-One Laser Printer with HP+

My situation may be unique. I needed a printer just for 2-5 pages a month. No color and no printing photos. Research indicated a black & white laser jet would be the best for my extremely low usage. I chose the HP printer as I have an HP Omnidesk computer and an HP 24 in. monitor. This printer is a nice compact size and very easy to use. I used the USB hook up and downloaded the HP Smart app. Printing is clean and sharp. I just tried the scanner and had no problems scanning, saving file and also printing. I am not very tech savvy so I'm glad HP made this fairly easy to use. Of course if you have any problems, I have found HP Smart Friend support to ALWAYS resolve my issue.

This printer is great. Its compact, fast and does print, copy and scan. The quality is perfect.

Easy wireless setup and cost effective solution for occasional use

I was surprised to have the printer as fast as I got it and I had it up and running in less than five minutes after opening the box!

No screen and the app doesn't work.

I needed to get a new printer because my existing printer would not scan to my new computer. I was thrilled with the set up. Wireless connection is great. After a few days, it started to "fight" with my existing security program. It also does not seamlessly print. 2 sides, I need to refeed the pages to get the second pages to print. The scanner is also a different logic than any other printer than I have used before. I would not recommend.

JUST BOUGHT THIS LAST WEEK AND IT WONT PRINT! AND THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED! WE JUST BOUGHT IT! AND BECAUSE THEY SAY IT'S OUT OF WARRANTY I HAVE TO PAY FOR SUPPORT. THEY WONT GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND STAY AWAY FROM HP PRODUCTS.

Do not buy this printer! It is impossible to set the stupid app up. And without setting it up and attaching your printer to it, you won’t get your free 6 months of ink toner cartridges. I think this is by design so they don’t have to shell out the free ink personally. Skip this one. It isn’t worth the aggravation and the time wasted.
