I'm just getting started using this product and it already runs incredibly well, especially for the computer aided drafting software that I'll be using.

Good value and Easy Set Up

barbara September 19, 2025

I liked the fact that it was easy to set up ... other than the fact that I did not pay attention to the fact that there was a "chip" in the wireless mouse that I need to use to be able to "connect" the wireless mouse and keyboard. the keyboard is bigger than my old keyboard, bigger keys and not as "flat" That being said, this was a good buy... It has only been about 9 days that I have had the computer, but so far , so good.

Satisfied, but could have been better.

cmacg October 15, 2025

I bought this PC to replace a Windows 10 PC that Microsoft said could not be upgraded to Windows 11. It is slightly bigger than the first PC; however, it fits nicely in the same space. The setup was not as intuitive as I expected since the plugs were not marked. I had to guess where things went. For instance, it has no dedicated speaker outlet. The speakers have to be plugged into the front headphone outlet in order to have sound. Unless I'm missing something, which is likely because no plug is marked on the back. I'm satisfied with the operation. Overall I'm satisfied, and I would recommend this HP computer.

HP OmniDesk Desktop, i5

William2793 February 17, 2026

Basically a very fast, modern quality PC definitely good value for money. Only negative was my screensaver was locking after longer periods of inactivity, however when I later replaced my 10 year mouse with a new one it solved this problem, so that's a tip for others

The unit is a good unit for the money. I did not like OneDrive. It was rather a clumsy software. I disabled it. The main issue was the delivery' It was purchased with the intent of it being delivered the same day. After numerous dialogues with customer services, It arrived two days later. Delivery aside, I rate the experience and the product as 3.75 stars.

HP OmniDesk Slim Desktop PC

JDogs January 20, 2026

Overall very good desktop for my needs. Compact, quiet, and fast. The only issue I have is about a 1/3 of the time the "On/Off" button doesn't turn the computer on; the on button lights up, but nothing happens. I then have to push the on/off button again so the light in the switch turns off, then press it one more time for the computer to actually start.

Picked up from store DAMAGED.

judy October 2, 2025

I only rated it so low due to damage to the box and unit. Picked it up curb side. Looks like something heavy was dropped on it. Was willing to keep it. Plugged it in and it did nothing except give off a foul odor. Returned it, no other in stock. Went with Dell.com instead.

MISSED CHECK

rhinos February 15, 2026

THIS ONE OBVIOUSLY MISSED QUALITY CONTROL CHECK. MONITOR WOULD ONLY RECEIVE SIGNAL FROM DESKTOP UNIT IF I REBOOT THE PC UNIT. CONNECTED MONITOR TO MY EXISTING PC AND WORKED FINE.

Piece of junk!

jeanne April 7, 2026

I have always had HP PCs and Laptops but this is the absolute worst! It starts up and sometimes acknowledges that I have internet and other times tells me I have to find a server to connect. Shut down 2-3 times and then I have internet. Most of the time it runs so slow (or just freezes) that I would not be surprised to hear a dial up tone! I hate this thing but kept hoping it would get better (showing my tech dumbness) but It is about ready to get hammered and trashed!! Wish there were still Best Buys or Micro Centers in my area so I can deal with people who understand....and avoid Walmart all together.

Worthless

joseph February 8, 2026

this model of HP mini desktop has a glitch that won't allow the computer to wake up from a deep sleep. this means that you have to scram it (cycle power) and restart it each time it goes into deep sleep. i tried all of the popular fixes like updating the drivers, disabling fast startuo, etc. I bought this to use for work, not to use to work on computers. worthless....
