HP Smart Tank 6002 Wireless All-in-One Cartridge-Free Ink Tank Printer, 2 Yrs Ink Incl, Surf Blue

I replaced a Canon PIXMA Mega Tank printer with the HP Smart Tank 6001 because the Canon was not supported on my 5gb internet connection. Instead I had to dumb-down my PC as well as my iPhone and iPad to 2.4 gb in order to connect to the printer. The HP was simple to set up following the step by step video instructions on my PC using the HP app. So far the printer is perfect.

Very pleased, setup took some time however figured it out and it is working perfectly even two sided which is totally new to me, smart tanks are great, the way I use a printer should last a very long time. Glad I made the change.

If any one is NEW to HP PRINTERS GET THE HP APP ITS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Easy setup I recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade their old hp printer mine was frm 2020 this is a total GAME CHANGER!!! Everything comes included bottles of ink and the cartridges ya need! Honestly I LOVE IT!! Prints regular and double sided. Printing speed is pretty quick not super fast! No more loading paper errors. Just grab ur stack of fresh paper and load it right into the printer quick and easy! Printing quality is better than my last hp which I would run out of ink quick smh Wireless printing comes with an ease directly frm my phone!

I was done with the cartridge game and the expense. Trying to remember what number you needed. I spent the extra money and got the Hp Smart Tank 6002! We have had it for about three weeks now and it works great! It was easy to set up and fill the ink. We also happy with this , it hold 150 shoot of paper and all of that ink!

I have purchased 3 printers in the last year, they all just suck. This was my first attempt at the ink bottle type printer and it was easy to set up with no mess. The quality appears great. It is also hard to find duplexing printers lately but this one features it and borderless printing for posters and such. Great for my home office, the family and I all enjoy it and it hasn't broken yet, so all good.

We live in a very weak Cell Phone Service area, and we have a weak WiFi internet connection. The HP 6002 installation was supposed to be plug-and-play . . . and I believe that would have been true if we lived in a city or an area with strong cell and WiFi service. Installing the HP printer became a manual affair. . . step %231, to step %232, and so on. Finally, I got it to work on a wired connection . . . never did get to operate on our WiFi. Print quality is very good to excellent. Price was right. Would have been a 5 Star if it were plug-and-play.

Shipping was good and came on time. Been using for over a month and have had a few issues: 1) printer alignment sometimes off, printing only half a page, 2) paper jams, 3) jams difficult to clear, 4) link to computer often broken, so I have to leave it on 24/7.

I've only had this printer for a week (coming off of an instant ink based printer to stop paying for ink monthly). I thought it would be a much better printer because it cost about three times as much as the instant ink printer. The print quality is good, but the paper has jammed twice and I'm not sure why. The paper is new/clean/flat. I had it on the floor which was carpet and perhaps not as even as a hard table. So, I put it on a solid piece of wood now so that it sits level now as intended and since then, no paper jams have occurred. I can't say whether or not it was worth the cost quite yet as it's still new, but fingers crossed!

This printer is crappy. It never connects to my laptop easily. I should have just bought a cheap printer to connect with a cable. I thought maybe the ink would last longer and that proved to be the least of my problems. Read the reviews and found out that everyone has issues with connections. Note to self...spend more time next time reading reviews. This is a piece of junk and the second HP printer I bought..issue with the first HP printer was an issue with the ink/carriage not moving & I waited too long to open before returning.

Bought 1 filled the tanks but would not go any farther because of tank not full. Took back and got another one. That one would not work either because ink would not go to print heat. Took it back and went back to Amazon and got an epson 2850. Worked great. No more HP for me
