It was delivered carefully in new condition. It was packaged well. The price was excellent. The set up was easy and efficient. The functionality was even better than I expected. Its only been 2 days of use so Im hoping it lasts. I am looking for jobs, taking classes and making a web page to sell my own artwork and home goods from. I am very pleased with this laptop purchase and am trying to convince my parents to get one also.🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I thought it would be a little larger, but it still works out well. I hoped that there would be more color options, like blue, but the pink is soft and not neon. Had to contact HP Support for tech assistance with the printer, mow all works very well.

Easy to set up. It's just what I was looking for a small, light weight computer to use, when I needed a bigger screen other than my phone and the sound is great too....the only thing I didn't like was the color choices....I got pink which I don't really like the color, blue is my favorite but didn't like the color blue of the computer. That is the only problem I have with it.

HP is a quality brand. The laptop is for my daughter who's starting college this fall. She loved the color and it's light to carry. For me the price was right, even after adding insurance.

this is a very nice laptop. will make a lovely gift for a young person who is a wiz at computers . this has too many apps that i am not familiar with and I found it difficult to set up. need a nice desktop.

The laptop is excellent for tasks such as internet searching, email and other simple tasks. The screen quality is LACKING! Clearly intentional as HP wants you to spend more money on more expensive laptops for a high-quality display. So, it's not ideal for watching Netflix or movies in general. I wouldn't play video games on this thing either, unless it's a VERY SIMPLE game. Keyboard is DARK!! Meaning that the keyboard is difficult if not impossible to see at nighttime or under lowlight conditions. Another intentional downgrade as HP wants you to spend more money for a back-lit keyboard.

A good budget laptop but the keyboard is a pain without any markers to find your hand placement in the dark so you rely on the screen lighting since the keys don't light up either. Other than that, it runs all store apps smooth but I wouldn't recommend for gaming.

I just order this last night and it came this morning it's my 2 time getting this latop and as soon as I unbox it and plug it in and turn the laptop on it was making a fan noise I never had an issue like this before and the sound gets loud and then the sounds goes away it's already overheating is not a good sign

As stated previously, the laptop was returned by someone and not cleared out or refurbished. It's my fear that the same thing will happen to the next person and the appropriate steps will not be taken in order for them to sell a quality product.

The laptop despite only having two games installed and Chrome as well is so laggy that it's Unenjoyable. I brought this item for its price plus additional delivery fees and hate the fact I spend how much I did. NEVER buy this product.
