HTH 6-way Pool Test Kit, Test for Chlorine, Bromine, pH, Alkalinity, Hardness, CYA in Swimming Pools

Although a few of the instructions are confusing (e.g. checking cya levels), this kit serves as a great savings over the pool supply store analysis, which almost always leads to recommendations for the purchase of their expensive chemicals that are obtained more cheaply elsewhere. Sometimes they charge a fee for the testing if none of their products are purchased, but I guess that's fair, yes?

Perfect for my Intex above ground pool. I already had the case and all so the refill pack was perfect. Actually the packaging isnt that bad. I threw away my old case bc this works. The pamphlet that comes with it is a bit better than my last one. Id still try to never get it wet though. It has alot of good info. Laminate if possible

I do wish that the bottles were bigger of the chemicals you have to use more of, but I guess there' an option to buy them a la carte. This kit is WAAAYYY better than test strips, even for my tiny pool. The instructions seem to be plastic coated, so I guess they took some of the other reviews to heart about that. Just in case, though, I wrapped mine in box tape to protect from the pool water while I'm testing

To be perfectly honest I have yet to use the test kit. I've had one similar to this and it was the same HTH brand. I'm quite sure that it will have no issues. Still waiting for chlorine.

I really like the price on this item. It arrived in good condition, no leaks or broken in any way. I'm sure it will work fine as I've used these test kits before.

I bought this test for testing CYA more precisely, but I was disappointed to find that the test only contains enough material to test twice. So if this is the only reason your purchasing this item, be aware. Otherwise, other tests work well, and it's a good addition to my pool care routine.

Does what it's supposed to, seems accurate. Replacing a 3 yr old kit. Compared both readings multiple times, old kit still giving accurate results compared to new kit. When I have gotten high or low pH readings made appropriate adjustments with baking soda or muriatic acid and was able to return pH back to neutral easily using the test kit.

It's a fine test for the basics. I wish the CYA was either bigger or two bottles. Because it takes 1/3 of the bottle to test it. Only gives 3 tests for the package which can go fast at the beginning of the year. Still more accurate than using strips and easy to follow instructions.

It arrived very quickly. It's a little different from standard test I've done before but all in all it works ok. I would have liked a better case, but I knew what I was receiving.

I would like to know how to order refills for two of three of the bottles. You use a lot more of the three than the rest
