I love the thighs of these tablets. They are considerably bigger than any other tablet, but they still fit in a standard chlorine tablet bobber but they just seem like they are going to last a very long time which is great. Also, they shipped super quickly and I thought they were a great price don't judge, but I totally struggled to open the lid. It's really operator air that has nothing to do with the product. I recently purchased HTH Brilliance Cal Hypo Chlorine Tablets, and they are absolutely perfect for opening my pool this season! These tablets are super effective at keeping the water clean and clear right from the start. Each tablet treats a large volume of water, which makes it easy to get everything balanced quickly. I’ve seen a noticeable reduction in algae and bacteria, and the water feels great to swim in. If you're getting ready to open your pool, I highly recommend HTH Brilliance. It’s a must-have for pool care!
first time using calcium hypochlorite tablets after using too many regular trichlor tablets and reaching an excessive stabilizer level. got a new floating dispenser due to the warnings about mixing tablets. 9 unwrapped tablets came in the 5 lb box, they were all in good condition without cracks. only started yesterday so can't really tell a lot. there wasn't a noticeable chlorine smell on opening the box which is a hazard with the trichlor.
HTH pool care brilliance tablets work so well in the pool. It does the work that needed to be with removing residue and corrosion. The storage can hold up to 3 tablets which is good because I don’t have to always change it out to quick.
They should be individually wrapped. Also do not dissolve cleanly, pieces are floating down into my pool from my chlorine floater. I was looking for a table without stabilizer, but this is not keeping the chlorine level where it needs to be. My previous tablets did.
when i put in my floater, inchecked the next day and it was all just crumbles. i easnt happy with this product at all. do NOT recommend
In the floater they break down and 3-4 mm pieces fall out undissolved. They lay on pool edges undissolved. In the chlorinator on “3” chlorine tested and is 0. Turned chlorinator to 5 and tab turns to mush on edges inside. . Chlorine level still zero. Had no effect on pool.
These tablets do not dissolve. We didn't use the pool for three days after I put a new tablet in the floater and covered the pool. When we took the cover off to use the pool, the water was slimy and murky. The tablet had turned to a pasty mush. Do not recommend it.
this product in my opinion does not live up to its claims to brilliant water, tabs dissolve in the floaters to mushy discs looking like an old bar of soap left in the bathtub, leaving white particals in the water to settle on the bottom of the pool. i have visable algae with 2 floaters in the oool! if I could return the unused tabs I would butbI doubt t. not buying these again and dont recommend.
two weeks floating in pool. White chunks floating around dispenser and on bottom of pool does not dissolve
