Great product, does the job.

Just one thing to say. IT Worked! Above ground pool with about 13k gallons of water. Put bag in while system was running for a few hours. Next day i put in bag 2 and the morning of day 3 it was Clear. All green on walls and bottom were gone. As I said, IT Works!

This is a great product. If your pool water is turning green throw this in and run your pump and the next day you will see a big difference. Makes the water crystal clear.

I started using HTH chlorine and shock years ago when I purchased a sand filter for my small (14' x 3') pool. I had previously used Clorox pool products, which never worked well for me. HTH products worked miraculously in my small pool! Now I have a 22' x 4.5' pool and although I now prefer Leslie's professional pool products, HTH products still work well for a less expensive option.

These are perfect shock treatments. I love that it's single dose and I don't have to worry about measuring. Just dump and go. It's also a perfect price. $5. And the plastic is heavy duty. You can still smell the chlorine slightly but it doesn't seem thru the package. These are my go to shock treatments. I use one a week.

This stuff is the only thing that keeps my hot tub dialed in and I use so much less chlorine with this. It really burns out the old and brings back to life the chlorine in there. Finally the key to easy perfect water. My first small bad lasted forever. Was able to reorder online since no store in Colorado carries in the winter. Really like this stuff.

Do you want your pool so cloudy you can't use it? Do you want to vacuum up sediment up for weeks? This is for you! I grew up with a pool, have been a CPO for the last 15 years have never had water this bad. I usually buy chemicals from a pool supply store online, but thought I would just use this to get started. Nope. The filters are so caked they are collapsing. This is going to take several more weeks to fix. Might as well have poured flour in the pool.

I did not realize how flammable and hazardous this was. I would not have purchased it. I put a tiny amount in a 66 inch inflatable pool to shock the water. It did not dissolve and draining and cleaning the pool safely was an ordeal. I will be taking the remainder to a pool supply to see if they will dispose of it safely for me. This is really intended for full size pools and people who know what they're doing!
