Seems to be built like a tank. Still too new to comment for sure on durability but its heavy and seems built to last. The thing that sold me on this one is the ability to replace the internal components once they blow or fail. The app is fantastic. Connects via bluetooth, the unit transmitted to my phone anywhere I was within the camper. I do wish there was a better and more secure way to hang these from the pole.

Ordered this unit from W almart but the FedEx driver took a week extra to deliver the unit as we were tracking it but he didn't drop it off. Once we got it, we plugged it in and about 15 seconds the dogs face turned white and we knew the shore power was in proper working order. This is a big unit as we ordered the 50 amp model, not sure if the case size is the same as the 30 amp model. This is a well made surge protector and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line surge protector.

The surge protector is excellent! We can see all the updates and info on our phones and it sends alerts if something isn't operating properly. This is definitely a must have for serious campers or full timers

So far so good! Pretty easy setup! Hopefully it will give us the protection were looking for. We love being able to use the app in conjunction with the Protector and seeing what our usage is in real time. Great product.

I ordered the one that plugs into the electrical box and rv. I received the one that has to be hard wired into both and now they won't let me exchange it. I paid $330.50 for this item.
