The bristles leave my teeth feeling clean and my gums are not in any pain after. I've also enjoyed using the app to see my brushing results. Plus you can earn reward points just for brushing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love this toothbrush. It's sturdy, easy to keep clean and works really well. It's head is small, but works great to get in between your teeth. The design is simple and easy to keep clean as it doesn't have a lot of cracks and crevices. I love the color too. The base is easy to use. There's no fuss charging it as it just sits on the base. My only recommendation would be to have a removable charging cord, so you can easily put it in a medicine cabinet if you don't like your toothbrush sitting on the counter or a cover. The replacement heads are much more simple to replace than other brushes I've tried. You just pop off the old head and snap on the new one. It doesn't require a tool and can be done with one hand. The app that you can download is also very handy in guiding you on how to brush better. The app works even when you're not logged into it. Overall, I highly recommend this toothbrush and will be buying more for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received this product before around last year but I wanted to try it again hoping my opinions have changed at leastm a little but I still feel the same about this brush. It's still too soft for me and my mouth doesn't want to feel "fresh" after I brush my teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hum replacement heads are exactly the same as the ones that came with the toothbrush, which are too firm for me and actually hurts my gums. I wish they would offer softer replacement heads. It would also be great if the brushes had replacement indicators since some people are using their toothbrush more than other.

And why are the other toothbrush colors not available as an option? I have three of these toothbrushes in my household. The teal, the purple, and the light blue. So far in the past year I have only been able to buy a few purple replacement heads so that is what is going on all of the toothbrushes, but I would rather be getting replacement heads in the correct colors AND consistently. . . can you PLEASE restock these more regularly?

Great little toothbrush, but you can get replacement heads anywhere. All the others that fit are not good head replacements. I've had mine a year and have never found the right replacement heads.

I really like this brush. But I'm about ready to choose a different one, because the replacement toothbrush heads are never in stock. Colgate has one job here, I have a literal subscription so they can anticipate demand. . . and still! It's very frustrating.

i never received ny package or an email from seller returning my money. it said delivered with a picture but the picture of t on the porch was NOT my house.
