Humminbird 740093-1 MHX XNT - Transom Mount Hardware

I had no idea that anyone would have a bracket for my depth finder that had been hit by the anchor. I expected it to be expensive. I was pleasantly surprised and it was a direct change out.

I was surprised Walmart could get this item and it was the lowest price and delivered for pick up at the store for free.

Exactly what I ordered and needed. The photo is self explanitory. All parts and pieces were there. The price was good. No problems.

This was better than the mount I previously had. This one has a break-away feature. This mount installed using the same holes from the previous mount. Very nice construction

Wasn't sure when I ordered this if it would work, my screw holes were horizontal and the pic only shows vertical screw holes. This does have slots for horizontal screws and works great.

I have not installed the mount for the transducer yet. I am sure it will be perfect once installed.

gr8 price when compared to others selling same part but ad claimed it fit piranha 5 it doesn't without adding 2 extra washer to main mounting bolt. Not that big a deal but not a direct fit either.

Made of plastic, does not hold up to the rigors of boating too well. This is my third bracket in just over a year, plus purchased a fourth knowing that the third will break soon. Though it is designed to "break away" if struck, then snap back in, it seems that other areas of the bracked crack far too easily.

Got Helix 7 as a Xmas gift from my wife. I hope the rest of the unit is engineered better than this mount. Absolute Junk! Looking for a metal mount as this one broke within a minute of launch, never even turned on head unit.

P@$ plastic mount that can break it u barely touch marsh grass. I had to make a tight 3 point turn in a creek, grass actually broke it. For what that charge for helix they should be ashamed of including this mount vs a aluminum mount
