Humminbird PC 11 Power Cable, 720057-1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something was slammed on existing power cord and suddenly the helix was dead. I went online to see how expensive a new one would be, or if they even had them. Scrolling through im seeing nothing, until the last page. It held 2 items, one being the cord i needed. Relief came out suddenly, and more so when i seen how inexpensive they are! Back on line!

I bought this cable for a Helix 8 that a friend had given to me. It worked as expected.

put an inline 3 amp fuse for a perfect fit for Hummingbird.

Nice to have alligator clips on the end of connecting wires.

This was a great solution for extending the power cable to my Helix 9. Way better than soldering some random wires to the existing short cable.

Does exactly what I needed it for, to power up my Helix fish finder from a 12 volt battery when away from my boat.

Cable is not long enough making the need to solder more wire. And you have purchases a fuse holder for the required 3 Amp fuse Also mos soldering

pretty pricey for what you get. the key on the connector isn't very well defined and can be inserted into the cable collar/ collector upside down. I sent an email to Humminjbird to verify if the + or - should be on top but did not get a response. trouble is there is no alternative so I had to recommend it......
