HUMSURE Dehumidifier (DOE Rating 30 pints/day) for Basements with Drain Hose, 3000 Sq. ft. Dehumidifier for Large Home Bathroom and Bedroom

The unit worked great for a few months. The unit did stop functioning afterwards. However, I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement right away. The new unit is working great. I’m giving 5 stars because the unit does work well and when it didn’t the seller was super quick about making it right. Additionally, the seller was interested in my feedback in an effort to make their product better. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Perfect little dehumidifier for the price (@$140). Would be perfect for my basement if it held more water. Works great. Unfortunately I have to empty it daily. Perfect if I could use the hose. Really does a good job removing the humidity. Very easy to move around.

Device appears to be working great. Smaller and quieter than its predecessor. This part is 5 stars. HOWEVER, the manual says to register for an extra year warranty. The website given was hijacked the first time I went. Later, I accessed it but there's no provision to register. I used the contact form and got no response (it's been 6 days). I called Walmart support and they told me I'd be hearing from the manufacturer. That was three days ago. I don't usually do reviews, but maybe now someone will take steps so I can register this device (and hopefully the warranty won't be needed).

We got this dehumidifier a few months back and I'm wishing we had held off and ordered another brand. This one has a high pitch whistle to it that's about to drive my husband and I crazy. It runs constantly and doesn't seem to be pulling much water out of the air either. For the price I expected better quality. It's too late to return it now but next time we do get one, it will be from somewhere else.

After ONLY 10 months this doesn't do what it's supposed to The touchpad doesn't work all the time The pump won't shut off even after being unplugged for 5 days The drain line provided doesn't do what it's supposed to do (it still fiils the bucket)

The hose is a piece of junk that essentially will not attach where it is supposed to. It is so small and flimsy that I can’t imagine it would last very long anyway. the fan button seemed to quit working the second time I tested the unit.

The unit is making a terrible sound when on level ground as position stated in Manual. If the unit is tilted backwards the sound reduces. Sent email to Humsure but no response. No phone number in Manual or on their website. Returning defected unit.

It said that it’s 12 pint DOE 50 pint maximum so assuming it holds 50 pints which would be 6 1/2 gallons. This thing is small I mean small see the picture very disappointed. It came shipped on its side which is fine so I have to let it sit for two hours Before operating. The caster wheels said just push them in. Yes maybe if you were Hercules they do not just snap in. They were almost impossible to push in, but they are sort of in now. I haven’t tried to it yet, but I am thoroughly disappointed thinking it was 50 pints for $147 and tax, I could have went to Menards and bought one with 11% off way less money. Not sure I am keeping this.

Right from the first some of the fan setting buttons did not respond, I set it and every day the power goes off and I game to reset it. When I wrote to Humsure service they quickly responded with a polite email stating they would help resolve the issues. I followed up with the information about the unit, etc., and didn’t hear back from them. Spend the extra money and get a Danny which serviced us for over 15 years.

Delivered used and BROKEN. after unpacking and installing the wheels and the hose I ran the thing for the first time overnight. It's very moist in my house so I set it to 40 humidity. When I woke up I had water everywhere on the floor around it. The collection tray was empty and the hose wasn't pumping out any water either. Not sure what is up with this thing but now I have to return it. Yay.
