the humidifier came with a missing part. customer service was excellent and prompt in sending a replacement humidifier. the humidifier itself is great. outs out cool mist vapor and is so quiet you don't even know it's running. highly recommend

The unit I got had an issue and stopped working after 3 months but the customer service from Humsure was great and the got me a replacement really fast.

This unit is a well-designed unit, but only when it turns on. :( The motor seems to be 'bricked'. I have tried different outlets and even different cords, but the unit is simply not powering on, no matter what I try. I would just like this refunded please. Thank you very much and have a great day.

Arrived missing remote to control humidifier ,all the other parts appear to be here . Messaged the seller hopefully i will get a response and be able to get a remote sent to me or partial refund .

I really liked this humidifier, but I had to return it after just a month. Here's why: Out of a month, there were many days we didn't use it because it turned warm and rained, which increased the humidity in the apartment. One evening I set it in the bedroom to run for a couple of hours before bed and when we went in to bed it was off. Thinking maybe it just ran out of water, I unplugged it and didn't check it until a day later. Filled it with water, plugged it in and no power. We tried many outlets and everything we could think of, but nothing. Emailed the company, explaining everything and they wrote back to send a video of what it does. Part of the email address was in Chinese. So I filled out a return ticket to Walmart. How do you take a video of the thing doing nothing? This was very disappointing, because I loved almost everything about this humidifier. The three flaws were 1. The aromatherapy feature...it gave off no scent whatsoever. 2. The humidity sensor must have sensed the humidity right next to the mist, because it was 24% in the house but it said 64% on the screen. 3. There should have been a higher spout for the mist to go upwards more, but it would just fall downward to the floor because it's flush with the top. What I loved: slender and can be placed anywhere in a small apartment. There are recessed handles for ease of moving, even when full. Very quiet; just now and then you'd hear the pump pulling water up the tube but it wasn't loud. I can't imagine why this unit quit working. Maybe I just got the bad one. If you want to take a chance and buy it, you might not have this experience. I sure liked it. Very disappointed.

I purchased this humidifier, it did work. But then it quit, the empty level light came on and wouldnt go back off. I got ahold of company amswering service to trouble shoot, they told me it would a $5 refundable cost so i did it. Well my bank immediately called from their fraud detection dept. Instead of a $5 charge it was a $40 charge and they were going to charge me that every month !!! well i gave them a piece of my mind !!! im trying to locate on the Wallmart app on how to return this product. Its not showing my past purchases anywhere.

When I opened the box, it was upside down, looked like the box was retaped. No directions, no stand. Now I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay shipping to return, plus I will have to drive 25 miles to find a drop off point. And I don't have the money for another one. Just got Walmart plus, so far it has been nothing but a headache.

I had used it a few days loved it . When it came to refilling it a 2nd time it made a wierd noise and shut off. I took the top off and some black liquid came out of it . I would love to give it another try since sometimes things get damaged in transport. But i can't invest over $100 in a new one. The company was awesome with a quick refund .

I bought this and it quit working within a month. It will not turn on or off. I have emailed the seller multiple times w no response. After purchasing I found reviews similar to mine. Proceed with caution.

I had this unit for roughly 3 1/2 months before having problems. The power cord has to be manually plugged into the unit. It would not stay. It kept falling out. A couple times while plugging it in it sparked! That's when I quit! It would lite up after the plug in fell out of unit! I then tried to contact Humsure directly. The phone number on website is wrong. It belongs to a private citizen with no correlation with Humsure. I emailed them numerous times with no reply. I could write them letter. I'm sure that will get 24 hour customer service!! I highly recommend staying away from this so called company. I will continue to try to track them down. This is not a reflection on Walmart. I will be filing a formal complaint.
