I used it to make vegan ground beef for tocos. It was better than the soy products Ive used but it could have been better. Im just learning.

I was looking around for good-quality soybeans and decided to check Walmart as a last resort and I'm so glad I did! These soybeans turned out to be exactly what I needed. They were clean, fresh, and had a nice, even color and texture. No strange odor or debris, which can sometimes be an issue with bulk legumes. I've used them to make soy milk and a small batch of tofu, and both came out really well. The beans cooked evenly and had a great natural flavor, no bitterness or off taste. For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be buying this again. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to cook with whole soybeans at home whether you're meal prepping, making plant-based recipes, or experimenting with homemade dairy alternatives.

I'm so glad I found this product. I soaked about a cup of the beans overnight and boiled them on gentle heat for about an hour. Drained them and ate them alongside some vegetables sautéed in a little garlic %26 olive oil, I was so impressed by the flavor of these soybeans, a very gentle, almost floral fragranced cooked bean. The one cup dry made a nice sized pot of beans that lasted about 3 days for me.. I will buy them as a regular staple, I love them. I normally buy tofu but I like thus far better.

It's definitely terrific for homemade tofu. Priced a little high but having them easily available is good.

I use these to make my own soy milk. Just soy beans and filtered water. It is the perfect addition to my diet. And there are many things that you can make from it!

They take a fairly long time to cook compared to other beans. But I'm still happy with them.
