Very good product, I am a repeat purchaser. I feel like they are a very good value. The 2 lb bag probably last me over a year. I love those black sesame seeds! I bought a coffee grinder to be able to grind these up super fine and be able to get the most nutrients out of them. I mostly sprinkle them on Asian dishes and enjoy the flavor. I hope you will enjoy them too.

Blended well for a black sesame paste. It give great flavor to my sandwiches and cold foams for my iced coffees.

Outstanding product

I bought 10 lbs bag black raw sesame seeds for $39.99, shipping was free, took 5 days to receive product. I tested seeds: soaked them in the water for 12 hours( water turned black, I think it is natural color from seeds), then left seeds in glass jar, rinsed them in water 2-3 times a day. 24 hours later I got sprouts! What you see on picture with my review- sprouted seeds after 3 days. I also roasted dry seeds and taste so much better, then store bought roasted seeds. Product of Bolivia. Packed in USA. Good product, I recommend it.

I've made several purchases from Food to Live and have been pleased every time. The product quality is good, the selection is better than what I have seen from other companies, and they are responsive if any issue should arise. (Example: One of the bags split probably during shipping in my first purchase, and they promptly sent me a new one.) These seeds are edible straight from the bag. They are fresh tasting, clean, and the bag is resealable.

Found out after several weeks I'm allergic to sesame seeds, “Mechanism: When the body reacts to sesame proteins, it releases chemicals (like histamine) that can cause inflammation and digestive distress. Symptoms: Beyond anaphylaxis, symptoms include stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.
