I tried 4 tablespoons Chia in 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup chicken scratch(ground),1/2 teaspoon yeast in 3/4 cup hot tap water, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoons salt, 1 Tablespoon cooking oil, Set for 2 hours & then make bisquits or a pancake bread on the griddle. My wife wants to grow some, it looks like a wheat field with flowers.

I use at least one serving every day. No difference as long as both are organic. So, why 25 lbs? PRICE! If I live long enough, I*ll use it all. If not, won*t matter to me anyway. 25x16=400oz. That is enough doses for about 3 years. I am only 80, maybe I will use it all.

They're regular chia seeds from what I see. I haven't opened this 10lb. bag yet; that is what they look like. They're a regular part of my daily diet- I spike all sorts of things -soups, beverages, porridges- with chia seeds. I never get the red chia seeds- they're too rough on my tender parts.

Their package has a random 666 in the bottom left corner, which many know is a number signifying the devil. Also has a warning that consuming this product can expose you to chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects.

I bought a 5lbs bag which was obviously packed with a puncture on the bottom. The hole was obvious it may have been punctured in the box and then packed. The box it came in was in perfect condition. I threw out about 1 cup of loose seeds. I will not buy from this company again there are to many other options. The hole was about the size and shape of a candy corn.
