I mainly use this for porridge for my little one but I realised I'd purchased whole and not ground so annoyingly i had to use a food processor to blend it but that's on me. It's a great omega and fiber option for little ones and adults. I put it in smoothies, pancakes and scrambled eggs

quality is good, ingredients are good, taste is good but negligible. i use these in my smoothies or shakes or yogurts for extra fiber. the size of the package is also large enough that it will last you a while even if you have it every day, like i did.
