I use this with my overnight oats and for puddings as a snack or as a substitute for a mean. I was skeptical when I was told that chia seeds would fill you up and keep the hungries away. I was used to chia seeds being associated with cha, cha, cha chia. What I was told was right on point. The texture is smooth and creamy. I've used oat milk, almond milk, smoothies and yogurt with them. The container looks small, but don't let the size fool you. You need a small amount to get maximum results.

Let the seeds sit overnight in a cup then in the morning put apple cider vinegar in two tablespoons. Squeeze half of lemon stir and drink. Do this on an everyday basis and you will see the difference of weight loss in your face then tummy.

I add it to my yogurt. I add it to my yogurt in the morning for a boost and energy and fiber, all in one wonderful so easy to text rather than drinking a fiber thing.

I love this brand and its not too pricey for making Chai puddings topping with fruit for a quick morning breakfast or a great addition to your morning quick oats you cannot go wrong with this product.

Overall good product, the plastic container is nice. The seeds are easier to measure in a container, they make good chia seed pudding and my daughter grew some, they do sprout. There may be less expensive options but I have gotten a lot of servings so far and still have a half of the product left.

I know chia seeds are good but this product was delivered to me out of date and that's a very big problem

Not worth it. The bottle is small. I need money back. Much better the Walmart brand. I just disappointed.

I don’t know if it’s pieces of the shell but it’s too many stick like pieces in the seeds. I’m constantly spitting them out when I make my chia pudding. I’m scared to make drinks with them because of this. I would not recommend.
