Hyper Bicycles 26" Men's Beach Cruiser, Adult Ages 13+, Black

It's pretty much what I wanted. I realize the shipping is a problem, because the bike had a scratch on it, even though it was carefully boxed. I understand this happens and I live with it. I love having it delivered to the house free of charge so I don't have to fight the traffic or the crowds.

The bike is very nice, the person it was bought for is quite happy with it. It has fenders and a nice comfortable seat. I was having trouble with the order, I had to call customer service. The person that helped me 'Joy' was a lot of help. She was going to follow through with some of the issues I was having. I'm guessing she did because when I went back on the next day the issues were fixed. Thank you Joy.

This is a good bike. It is a cruiser so, if your road is a lot of hils or if you are riding against the wind, you will get a work out. But that's the primary reason I chose a cruiser. I do enjoy the workout at 62 and I don't want to deal with the complications that come with a gear changing bike and although the hand brakes do make things easier, I hate dealing with the cables. The bike looks good. It is well constructed and, as long as you adjust the seat and the handle bars to where you are comfortable, you'll be alright. Finally, I am always in black since the age of 12 so, not being able to drive anymore I just had to get this one in black. I named it TORNADO! after Zorro's horse.

Great bike! Fun and easy to ride. Seems very reliable and well built. Assembly was easy. I made a mistake when installing the pedals i did not twist them all the way on and one popped off so be sure you twist it all the way on to avoid that issue. You will need a wrench and allen key set to put it together. It took me only about 20 min to put it together. I get a lot of compliments on it. Definitely great bike for $100!

The frame and bike itself are a pretty darn good quality for the price. Many reviews say the rear hub is weak. I can verify that because mine locked up and blew apart after only a few rides. You can easily get a replacement direct from Hyper, but you may have to wait a few weeks if they are on back-order. I bought a Shimano hub and had a local bike shop re-lace the spokes to the new much better Shimano hub. Purchase Cb-E110, 36H, 105g from Amazon and get the extra trim kit just in case.

Unsatisfied with delivery delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house, two doors down for mine, and they refuse to answer the door and stuck it in her house

Horrible quality and customer service. The seat in the bike doesn't attach well to the base so I reached out via email for a replacement. I was told it was escalated but it wasn't until I called customer service about an issue with the 2nd bike I bought that they told me they couldn't replace the seat. I need to somehow package the bike and send it back. Horrible quality bike and customer service is a joke

I HAD A BENT PART ( LARGE FRONT PEDAL GEAR CHAIN FALLS OFF) I CALLED THE NUMBER I FILLED OUT THE FORMS TOOK PICTURES OF THE PART AND ATTACHED THEM TO THE EMAIL ...... NEVER RECEIVED THE PART IT BEEN OVER A MONTH. ROBERT DE BOER

I just returned the bike. First use the bank support broke. Boring to assemble the front fender and that came defective. I have a horrible experience.

The crankshaft popped and clanked straight out if the box. It was embarrassing riding it down the street. The popping and clanking got worse. Lasted less than 2 weeks. The crankshaft gave out and would not even pedal. I bought my son a Framed bmx bike for $370.00 and was going to ride with him but couldn't. My son's bike is like a Cadillac compared to the Hyper bike, however it is a more expensive bike. I had to dissemble the Hyper bike, box it back up, had a call tag issued, and FedEx picked up the defective bike to return it to Walmart.
