Hyper Bicycles 26" Women's Beach Cruiser, Adult Ages 13+, Seafoam

Bought this bike for my daughter for her 12th birthday. It's a tiny bit on the bigger side for her, but we lowered the seat and it seems to be working great! Looks exactly like the picture from the website. Took a few days longer to get to our house then what was promised on the ETA, I had to reach out to customer support to see what the issue was. It didn't make it in time for her birthday but the quality of the bike is great.

This is a great bike, it was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. The handlebars come in a weird position but this is just so they fit in the box. The handlebars are easily adjusted with an allen wrench. Cannot beat this beach cruiser for the money.

Their bike was so easy to assemble so easy to put together the easiest process ever to put a bike together. Very safe very fast very quick and my daughter loves this bike.. would recommend this bike in this company to anyone else because they provided safe and good quality for their bikes.

I bought two of these bikes one for me and one for my husband. Mine came in and was perfect beautiful love it amazing. My husbands came in and it was beautiful, but it was dented. So I think it's just a luck of the draw. But it's worth it. They are a great bike!

i liked that it came pretty much assembled the wheels where already on the rims just needed to be filled up and just had to put handle bars, seat, and pettles on

Box arrived slightly damaged, but bike seemed ok. Except when I started assembling it, I realized that a seat and pedals were not included. How did those get skipped in the packaging? ? I called the customer service number, and the person I spoke to was incredibly hard to understand (not an accent issue - I think they were too far from the microphone). They said they would send me an email for warranty information, but I never received it. I had to use the chat system on their website later that day. Neither person I interacted with had any customer service skills. They didn't confirm the company I was talking to, apologize for the issue, or confirm what the next steps would be. I received the warranty email from the chat person, but didn't receive a confirmation that they received my information or when I could expect the parts. No idea if I have a useless bike sitting in my garage, or if the parts are on their way. Considering I CAN'T RIDE A BIKE WITHOUT A SEAT OR PEDALS this purchase is useless until I receive those parts. Additionally, the directions included to "assemble" the bike are out of order, piecemeal, difficult to decipher, and not helpful. If I had this to do over again, I would have just bought a fully assembled one (even a different brand, style, or color) in the store.

Horrible quality. The back wheel rattles like crazy. I called the company to get a replacement back wheel and they expect me to ship this back, figure out how to disassemble the bike and box it. Their customer service is a joke and the quality is awful. Bought 2 bikes and they both have issues.

The bike hasn't worked from day one. the handlebars and seat move. they should stay still. either it's not put together correctly or the bike is a lemon. very disappointed and furious. I was just going to call wallmart

Bike seat post was missing. Three weeks later, they sent the wrong parts even after providing model and serial number. No phone number for live agent only correspondence is via email. Horrible customer service

I ordered with assembly and Angi can not provide anyone to assemble it and told me to contact Walmart to confirm a refund which has been extremely difficult to do
