I picked up the Hyper Tough 110-Piece SAE and Metric Socket Set to save some money doing my own maintenance, and overall, I think it is a great choice for the amateur mechanic. The Pros: o Comprehensive: The set came with all the expected socket and ratchet sizes (both SAE and Metric), covering pretty much everything I need for basic work. o Good Fit: The build quality feels solid. The sockets fit tightly onto the ratchets and extensions without unnecessary wobble. o Secure Storage: The case holds everything very securely. You don't have to worry about opening it up and having sockets spill everywhere. The Cons: o Tight Case: The storage is arguably too secure in some spots. It was actually a bit hard to remove one of the ratchets. However, I personally prefer a case that holds on too tight over one where the tools are loose and rattling around. The Verdict: If you are looking to do your own auto maintenance and want a reliable set without breaking the bank, this is a great value.

I just bought this recently as my ratchet broke and all my sockets have been lost. I'd definitely recommend this as a bare minimum toolbox to have around the house for whatever reason, it could be a project inside your house or even fixing your car. Comes in handy 100%. Tools feel of great quality and they haven't broken yet.

This was a solid set to accomplish the tasks I needed. I'd recommend it to others.

The value is great for what you get, sturdy tools, doesn't feel cheap and it comes in a small compact box which is easy to transport with.

My kit arrived missing a piece. however, this piece is one i have not ever used 5.5mm socket. because i needed to use it immediately. There was no chance of returning it to get a new one.

Good set, no warranty though.

its a cheap tool set for the back of the wife or teenager car. very cheaply made but for $40 what would one expect.
