I like how small it is and powerful at the same time, I have been able to do a few jobs around the house (hanging large mirrors , blinds and putting together a large bookcase) something that would have taken me much longer with a regular screwdriver and it's helping me get use to using a drill I had a large one but was struggling and now am super excited to get projects done with my little buddy so worth it
Being a female, I needed a drill for the small uses inside my home or the crafts that I do. This suits my need. The cost fit the bank account. It wasn’t heavy to hold and being someone who had rotator cuff surgery, when you are hanging curtain rods and using a drill and stretching above, this wasn’t bothersome to my shoulder. Would definitely recommend. I don’t know how it would do if you were using all day every day but for what I need it for, ITS GREAT!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 “I bought this Hyper Tough 12V Max drill from Walmart, and it worked perfectly for hanging my curtains! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and has just the right amount of power for quick home projects. The battery lasted through the whole job with no problem. Great value for the price—highly recommend for simple DIY tasks around the house.” Light weight as well
A very nice light little drill. If you're going to be doing heavy projects- screwing 4 inch nails into solid wood, for example, you might want something heavier-duty. I used it to hang a door, using 1 inch screws for the hinges, and also drilled some small pilot holes. The LED light was a bonus surprise to me since I didn't pay close attention to details like that. Battery lasted just fine for the work I needed to do. I hung my daughter's bedroom door that needed a hinge replaced, and hung a storm door on the porch, and the battery was fine. I haven't used it for any bigger projects, so I can't say if the battery will last hours, but it's perfect for doing smaller jobs around the home.
My rating is based on initial observation and minimal use of drill. it works fine but it is also new. I don't expect much from this drill and will seldom use it, all I need is to drill a few holes for window treatments and wall hangings. After that it will sit in my closet. Probably will get more usage as a power screwdriver. So, for its low cost and many features like variable speed and torque control, it is a very nice inexpensive drill. I would recommend it for any apartment dweller.
This little drill is the perfect tool to keep close by for a large number of small jobs around the house. It's not for major work, just the small things that anyone can do. It does not matter what your skill level is, this drill could be the answer to most of your household jobs. I.m seventy-eight years old and have been around a bit. Good luck
Came open and was missing the screws to make it useful which was the point of getting it as well as the charger. It looked as tho someone purchased and returned but the parts went missing
box was delivered taped up. upon opening, the manual was folded and shoved in box, no power cord no battery nothing. so walmart doesnt even check their items before restocking.
Delivered from the store to me. The box did look like it had been opened and resealed. Once I opened it, I discovered the charger is missing. So I will have to return it. I'm disappointed because I was anxious to use it on my day off. Now I will need to get a refund and order another, or go to the store and shop for one.
unfortunately I will have to return it. it is too heavy and bulky for the uses I had planned. the package had been opened but the product has no not been used.
