Hyper Tough 1.5 AMP Corded Detail Sander, AQ20021G

This sander works great, is easy to handle, and light weight. I am using it right now to refinish my large kitchen cutting board. I find it especially nice for getting into corners. And no dusty mess! Comes with a small dust bag but also has an adapter that allows you to hook up to your vacuum cleaner for bigger jobs. Comes with everything needed to start a job; 3 different grits of sanding pads, dust bag, and adapter. Very easy to use.

The Hyper Tough 1.5 Amp Detail Sander is for wood finishing in tight, hard to reach spaces. The Hyper Tough 1.5 Amp Detail Sander comes with 1 dust bag to collect the mess that would otherwise be left behind from sanding wood, 1 vacuum hose adapter and 3 sanding papers. What I really like about this sander is that you can really have a comfortable grip on the sander while using it, also the dust bag comes in very handy. This is a really good sander. It's small and great for small projects. It comes with a dust catcher that save you clean up time. You can also attach the vacuum hose to it to catch the dust, which is great. The sander itself has a Velcro surface to attach the sandpaper which I like. It small but powerful so you still need to be careful when using. It's also loud so you may not want to use it too early or too late so as not to wake anyone up with your handy work.

the sand paper size for this model AQ20037G is 5 1/4 × 3 3/4 I wish Wal-Mart would sale this size of sand paper with the Velcro backing that it has to it that sticks to my sander that I bought at Wal-Mart I do not see this size on line help I like this sander can't use it if I don't have the right size sand paper what a pain

I've been disabled since 1990 and because of that picked up a wood craft hobby. I made lots of neat things and I have always used a sander to make my items beautiful. recently my old sander went out so I found the Hyper Tough Detailed sander at Walmart and decided to try it out because of the price. I found the sander to leave my hands tingling for a good bit so once again I was looking for a sander. Let me just say that the Hyper Tough sander did a far better job than some of the other ones. So now i just put on a pair of gloves when I sand and it works perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, not just for the price but for the fantastic job that little guy can do. Over the passed year, I have dabbled more in to DIY (do it yourself) projects. I actually had to learn that phrase from a friend. However, now I find myself completing these projects because I don't have the help. With regards to the sander in particular, it was incredibly easy to use because it was small enough, just the right size and weight for my hands and strength to handle it. And I didn't feel overpowered. It worked beautifully and smoothly on my desk. I had no problem at all. Wondering if it is made in purple? Overall, fantastic product that works with small projects. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Ok I have sanders to take care of most of my woodworking, but nothing really that can take care of small area's and hard to reach places. The Hyper Tough 1.5 Amp Detail Sander is perfect for this. This is a small sander, great for smoothing surfaces, corners and other areas with precision, it has no load speed and features a cloth dust collector bag for efficient dust control and extraction. This also helps to keep the area clean. I found this perfect for working on one of my projects, even had my 12 year old grandson give it a try and very easy to handle and manage.

I chose the Hyper Tough 1.5 Amp Detail Sander because I started doing “Do It Yourself” projects. I find items on the side of the road or at cheap places and remake them. I decided to use the Hyper Tough 1.5 Amp Detail Sander on a dresser I found. It was easy to use but very messy because Of all of the sanding. I had a lot of cleaning up to do when I was finish. Overall, it it a great job on sanding the wood, especially in the corners. I loved the way my DIY project came out because of the sander. I used a finisher after sanding. I wish I could upload a video.

I received my Hyper Tough Detail Sander from the Spark Reviewer Program. I knew right away we were going to use it for the legs of our rocking chair! This sander was extremely simple to put together. You attach the bag, (no problem there), then pick your sandpaper and attach to the bottom. Very simple. It comes with 3 different assorted sandpaper grits. It also comes with another attachment you can use with your vacuum. (see picture) It's very compact in size. Easy to handle. Although at first it did take some getting used to. Then go to work! It did a great job on the chair legs. The sandpaper was worn out after about 15 mins. The only complaint I have, albeit a tiny one, the cord was only about 6 ft long. No big deal really. It still worked out just fine for us!

This product did a good job on a portion of an old hutch I have. It so smooth I used kleenex to run down the side of the hutch and there was no tearing in the kleenex. I'm a beginner at this and it was really easy to operate for me. I took pictures of the 1.5 AMP DETAIL SANDER but the pictures would not upload right. I would recommend this to a friend. Thank you
