This is a handy tool for simple tasks around the house. I tried using the sanding feature to even out some uneven putty from a drywall patch that was on the side of the house and it worked really well. The oscillating feature for cutting is great too! It feels pretty sturdy, but I wouldn't recommend this for a professional contractor. The oscillating tool however is fairly loud, so just be ready when you first turn it on. All in all, a handy and useful tool to have around for those one of tasks.

The HYPER TOUGH 2.1 AMP OSCILLATING MULTI FUNCTION TOOL is a great product. This tool comes with 3 attachments; 2" scraper, 3" triangular sanding pad and 1-1/4"saw blade. The kit contains a Hex key for attaching and removing the different tools and 3 pieces of sand paper. I had a section of tiled floor that several coats of wax had caused a cardboard box to be glued in place: After removing the box, most of the bottom would not come up. To test the HYPER TOUGH 2.1 AMP OSCILLATING MULTI FUNCTION TOOL, I attached the scraper and was able to shear off most of the waxed cardboard. The sander attachment has a velcro face that the sandpaper secures to and is simple to peal off when you are done. The sander easily removed the remaining wax and cardboard from the floor. The HYPER TOUGH 2.1 AMP OSCILLATING MULTI FUNCTION TOOL surpasses what I thought it would do. This an excellent product.

I received this item from the Spark Reviewer program and was asked to provide an unbiased review. The Hyper Tough 2.1 Amp Oscillating Multifunction Tool is a nice addition to my power tools. The oscillating tool feels very solid, well-built and well-balanced. The tool is also variable speed…the dial on the side allows you to vary the speed at which it moves the attachments. The tool was easy to hold and operate. The item comes with an Allen wrench to use with the set screw which holds the attachments to the tool. The tool comes with a six foot cord…which is nice, because it seems cords keep getting shorter these days. This is my first experience with an oscillating tool. I will have to say I didn't realize how versatile the tool can be. I've seen it used for cutting the bottoms off door jambs when I had my hardwood floors installed. However, I never thought of it as a sander and scraper also. The tool comes with a plunge blade, triangular sanding attachment, sand paper and a scraper. I was at a hardware store and purchased a half-moon metal/wood blade. I was repairing an antique dresser and used the tool and metal blade to cut a screw down to size to use for attaching a drawer handle. I also tested on a piece of wood and it worked great. I haven't used the plunge blade…but see that it would be great for drywall openings or flush-cutting wood or openings. The sanding attachment works great. Overall, I am really pleased with the Hyper Tough Oscillating Multifunction Tool….I see many uses for this in my future. I would definitely recommend this tool for the weekend warrior needing a nice budget-friendly tool to add to the arsenal.

I have wanted and oscillating tool for years, but the prices were always too high. Then I got this to see if I was actually missing out. Oh wow! I used it to trim the the door jambs and trim molding to prepare for new flooring. What used to take me about 30-40 minutes per door with a back saw (and a lot of shoulder) took me about 3-5 minutes per door tops, with no effort! It is light weight, so easy to use and has no excessive vibration to your hand or arm.The oscillating tool is slick and had plenty of power to get the job done. Smooth, straight and precise cuts. If that is the only job you use it on, it's worth the cost. But I'm sure it will come in handy on plenty of other projects. Changing the heads out is easy, they just attach with the alan wrench provided. It has a sanding head that gets in to tight corners. There is also a flat blade that will work great to for scraping and lifting up old tile, along with the flat saw blade that I used to cut the jambs. I can see this will save me a lot of time and effort. I recommend it to any one from a crafter to a contractor. You will find uses for this Hyper Tough oscillating multi-function tool.

I was going to buy one at Home Depot or Lowe's. The cheapest one is about $50 and I thought that was a pretty good deal. Good thing I checked online and saw that Walmart was selling this one for less than $20. At first, I thought it couldn't be any good since the cheapest one at a Home Improvement Store cost $50 but I read all of the reviews and decided to get one. Probably one of my best investments in hand tools. This thing handles any job I threw at it.

I purchased this to cut the doorjambs to lay new flooring. Awesome tool for this. Did the job in no time at all, and you can't beat the price. I will be using this tool a lot for many different things.

I used this tool with a wood blade for some small cuts on wood boards to fit is a small gap on my deck and the tool worked great. I like this tool very much.

This tool is perfect for those of you who spend too much time on Pinterest and YouTube and all get all these "Do It Yourself" projects started. It is a little heavy to hold, but that seems to add to the steadiness. As you can see from the photos, it comes with three attachments and one sanding pad that works with it. I've found this the most useful for sanding in tight corners when I'm working on furniture. The description says it comes with 3 pieces of sand paper, but I only received one. I'm not too worried about it though, it was easy enough to cut the bigger pieces down to keep going. The cord is a decent length, though I still use an extension cord to give me a little more flexibility with where the cord is hanging out while I work. For the floor cutting piece, it worked just as well as one I had purchased from a hardware store last year at over 3 times the cost. This one was a little bit smaller, but got the job done. I didn't have a big project to test its endurance on yet. The cutting part also seems to work great, but this again was just a few small tests. The only improvement I would suggest is for a way that the attachments could be built in to the handle, so you could always have them with the tool, rather than tossing it in the toolbox. I know most tools don't have this feature, so it's just wishful thinking. All in all, at this price, this has to be one of the best tools around for smaller jobs and beginners. I definitely recommend.

This tool is so inexpensive and it worked great for my project. Laying plank vinyl flooring. Under cut all the door jambs with no problems. I did hit a nail on one but I purchased extra blades. All of the other brand blades sold will fit this tool also.

This tool did the trick for the job I needed it for. The only drawback are the instructions that are included. They were very difficult to understand how to install the attachments. You have to be mechanically incline to figure it out.
