I watched a diy video for dry rot on door jams. The guy said every house needs one. I bought this one. Love this! You need to purchase extra cutting tools. Diablo makes universal . I've had many projects this summer. I've used this every time with other types of power tools.

I believe we can all relate to this story. You have every tool known to mankind, expect the one you need, So you go over to your faithful neighbor, that knows you will return it when your done, and thank them emphatically for the help. This is one of those tools, it cuts through sheet rock like butter, has a sander attachment, and a scrapper blade for old lacquers and adhesives. Walmart has a great price for a magical tool.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I use it for basic repairs around the house, shed or garage. This tool has enough power for the basic handyman or crafter. Even my wife started to use it for her crafts! 😁

It helped me to put my vinyl flooring under the door to cut the door frame. little bit noisy you need to use headset to save your ears. otherwise good for this rate.

I absolutely loved this tool so much! It got here quick thanks to 1 hour delivery and I was able to remove my trim to prepare to get to work! It honestly worked out so great and very easy to use and put together! Highly recommend! The price was too good to be true but I was desperate but boy did I get blessed!

I'm just starting to do DIY projects. I still have been a little intimidated, but I am new. I'm very pleased with the oscillator and I don't have to get into my hubby's tools and feel bad IF I do something to them. I have bought a few more Hyper Tough tools and starting a small collection and I don't feel bad on spending a lot of money. It was very easy to put attachments or to change them. I do like the 5 speeds and max level. So, I am learning at my own pace. The power level is good since I am doing small projects. Also, doing some remodeling to the kitchen, Nothing major

After using this tool for different projects, I do not feel comfortable with it. These are the problems I have encountered: At times, I feel that it did not perform as it should, even using two of the lowest settings. For example, it took me longer than I wanted to cut through an old 2x1 piece of wood. I also had a difficult time cutting through old screws, even with an increased speed and more power. There were times when the blade would loosen, which is a danger. I did have moments of happiness, such as when it did well cutting through new cement and certain parts of old drywall. Since this is my first oscillating tool for various projects, I am content that it can be a way for me to gain training for more powerful tools later. I can also use it to learn different techniques and gain experience. So, overall, although it may not be a perfect product for me, it might work perfectly for you. :)

used twice for very small things totally maybe 10 minutes of run time. no longer oscillates. Supposed 2 year manufacturer warranty. Walmart won't refund because it's about 15 days past the 60 day return time. I cannot get ahold of Hyper Tough as every phone number listed for them is not in service and it's a Walmart exclusive brand yet Walmart has no contact info for them and will not help me with a refund. They told me to dispute the charge on my debit card instead ...

Item showed up with just the oscillating tool, non of the other stuff was in the box, checked before I left Walmart, returned item showed it was missing parts.

This multitool is so loud, that even on its lowest setting, it will cause you hearing damage. After initially turning it on, I turned it off and put on hearing protection. It was still incredibly loud. If you want a multi tool that will potentially make you deaf and alert your neighbors every time you turn it on, this is the tool for you. Otherwise, run away from this tool.
