Hyper Tough 2.5A 1/4 inch Trim Router, Light-Duty Woodworking Router Type

I recently purchased the Hyper Tough 2.5A 1/4-inch Trim Router from Walmart, and I couldn't be happier with this tool! It's compact, lightweight, and incredibly easy to handle, making it perfect for detailed woodworking projects. The motor is surprisingly powerful for its size, offering smooth and consistent performance even on tougher materials. What really impressed me was how user-friendly it is, especially for someone like me who isn't a professional carpenter. Adjusting the depth and changing bits is straightforward and hassle-free. It's also budget-friendly without compromising on quality, which is rare to find.

Router is easy to handle and works very well. The edge guides could better though. Keeping in mind this is a small router you8 have to take it slow and it works fine

Looks great very tiny compact. Bought for the add-ons that come with this tool. Rather hard to hold yet gets job done cheap! Could use large double add-on handles to make controlling router much better. Using this router I will create my own large double add-on handles using oak to sandwich the back giving much more control. I like that the tool it self can be used to build it's own handles at lest. Thank You

This tool better than I thought it would work. It helped me fix 4 dinning table chairs, and it worked just fine without a hiccup. I could not attach a picture because it say the picture was too large to upload...beats me..

top notch router! a little while getting used to it, but it works great! Kudos, to the manufacturer. it works great.

Nice router for a beginner like myself. Bought this router to properly route out door hinge slots for a new door slab. Worked very well for me!

This router works great for the new drawer edges I made for an old cabinet needing rebuilding and refinishing. Use directions are easy to read. The included tool guide and built-in Led light helped me achieve nice, neat corners.

Good enough for basic routing, I used to do some door framing woodwork. It worked fine for my needs. Please note however this doesn't come with a bit, need to purchase that separately!!

The attachments easily shifted while in use making it nearly impossible to maintain a straight line as well as the bit kept lowering. The knobs that are responsible for holding these things steady could not withstand the vibration of the cutting. Does not come with bits. Would work great with a stationary fence but as a routing tool, not so much

This item got delivered to me and it worked fine for a few minutes and stopped working when I talk to customer service they argued with me saying that I bought it instore in person but I didn't and I can fix it and when I asked for a refund they denied me a refund I will never buy anything else from them unprofessional customer service
