this little air compressor is a great investment in 20 bucks. There are several of them, if you order them online. I went out to my car and my tire was completely flat sitting on the rim I hooked this little baby up, plugged it into my car adapter and it inflated that tire, that was completely flat, in less than 5 minutes. easy to use( I'm a girl) and so handy to have I'm going to get my mom one, I'm going to get my daughter one they're just great, particularly now that they're not putting spare tires in the new cars anymore. It was a great price, really easy to use. just fantastic!! I'm very happy with this purchase. Get yourself one, you won't regret it!!!!
My concern with purchases like these is that the performance won't live up to the description. I can attest to the tire inflator's ease of use, and reliability. In short, it did what it was promised to do! The estimated time to inflate a tire was 8-13 minutes. Mine inflated in about 6 minutes. Perfect roadside tool to keep in the car at all times. A perfect gift for the ladies in my family!
Bought this when I got a flat and my little digital inflator stopped working in the middle of it. Able to replace the tire without needing a tow. Took it on long distance trip and keep pressures up in cold weather. Don’t need to find an air pump in an unfamiliar city. Plugs into cigarette lighter and long cord reaches both sides front and back. Hopeful it lasts longer than the digital one that was tricky to recharge.
I bought this Hyper Tough tire inflator to keep in my car, and I've already used it! It plugs into the 12V outlet and fires up just like that. I used it to fill my tires and it worked faster than I anticipated for a small unit. The cord and hose reach all four tires with no problems, and the gauge is easy enough to read. It's a straightforward tool, but it does the job!
When I first bought this pump, I was in a bind because the pump that I previously owned overheated and burn up. My initial plan was going to be to use it to pump my tire, and maybe return after I found a better one online. The reality is the one that burnt up (Astro) was supposed to be better because it was about twice as much and featured a cut off when you reach the desired pressure, a digital gauge, and supposed to be extra fast distributing the air. Well, that’s how it burned up because it cut off and it kept heating as if it was still running . This hyper tough model has a basic needle to measure the air pressure and no extra features other than a light So after I use it 1/2 dozen times I made the decision that it’s a solid as you’re gonna get for the money… It doesn’t overheat it doesn’t even get warm when the air is inflating . It doesn’t have any extra features, but it does what it’s supposed to and that’s the only feature that really matters. I decided to keep it and I’m glad I did because it inflates an automobile tire in a fairly short amount of time! The only thing I would suggest to hyper tough would be to put one of those earth magnets on the back of it so that it could be just slapped on the hubcap instead of it, vibrating and jumping around on the pavement!
It's handy to have. Don't like that they place a money hold on this item. You get charged one amount and then get charged another amout that pretty much doubles what you pay for and you never get the money back for the hold they took out. So I paid $80 dollars for this item. Don't buy it unless you don't need your money back.
I think the pressure kinda sucks, I used it to blow up my tire obviously and it took me probably 20 minutes to get it to air up. Not all the way either. But my tire was completely flat. Which I’ve aired up pretty quickly at a gas station. But I guess it’s convenient especially if you’re at home and your tire goes flat or if you’re somewhere that’s not close to a gas station and you need it aired up. I mean it works so that helps lol. Also tried to use it to blow up a kiddie pool, that took forever, there is a different attachment I used for that.
Right out of the box, this compressor aired my tire up just fine. But the PSI gauge doesn't work, and the light also doesn't work. I gave it an honest 2 stars. Because it does air your tire up. But the other 3 negative stars are because, you don't know how much air you're putting in your tire. Also the light didn't work. Would I recommend...no the one I received. I took a video, but it will only let me upload photos. I don't see how you would be able see my honest review from photos. Since you would have to see if in a action, about the parts of this that didn't work. Maybe they are good products, and I just got a bad one. IDK. I guess that's what reviews are for right? Thanks.
very cheap feeling, I have a small SUV and the cord barely reached the driver's front tire. the tire pressure in it didn't even seem like it was going to come up past 35
is a screw on. must hold it or moves all around, flips and pulls on stem. can't set it up and sit in warm car until done. too slow to stand in freezing cold and wait.
